All went very well. Hutch was great at helping with design, choosing rock, and obtaining plants. He was also good at remaining calm when we panicked. His workmen were very competent and pleasant. Job was done in record time and within budget. Definitely 5 stars!

Hutch was professional and personable , easy to talk to about my design for front yard. His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. Other company estimate quotes were either vague, didn’t itemize, or way over priced. Offered a few addresses for us to drive by to see his actual work which helped us on our decision to work with Hye Turf Design. I would highly recommend Hye Turf Designs. Thanks Hutch !

Hutch and his crew are amazing! He came to the house, quickly drew up his vision and gave us an estimate. I met with another company after him and they were double the cost and their design was no where as good. Hutch’s crew knocked out the job in two days and our backyard has never looked better. We hired Hye Turf Designs to xeriscape our front and back yards. I’ll be honest with you. Prior to this, we didn’t even have so much as an irrigation system and our yard was a mess. Other than wanting something low maintenance and drought resistant, we had no idea what we were looking for. Hutch Khandjian, Designer and Project Manager, took us under his wing and designed an eye catching landscape using a combination of DG, rock, astroturf and plants. To say we are pleased with the result would be an understatement. Our beautiful yard was created by a team of people who made the whole experience a pleasure. Congenial and communicative, we felt comfortable with them from the start. They completed the project in a timely manner. Daily our property was left clean and tidy. They did a beautiful job. They even had to cut around a number of decorative rocks. When we were restricted to watering twice a week outdoors my backyard lawn died within two weeks—-it gets full sun. I was nervous about artificial turf because I didn’t know anyone who had it, but the guarantee on the high quality material is very good. There is a lot of labor required to get the ground ready for the artificial turf. Hye Turf Designs has great people. Ask for Hutch——he is the co-ownerof the company.

I had a side yard that was nothing but dirt. He converted it into a paradise with pavers, turf and planters. His price was very reasonable and his communication was top notch. Always calling and texting with updates.
