+ 0 moreDepending on who is doing the subcontracting, this could be a good or not-so-good job. We were happy with the counters but the quote they gave us for cabinets refinishing was too high.

+ -1 moreIt was horrible. The guy did not do the work he was supposed to do. The work that he did was beyond poor. I ended up taking him to small claims court and suing him. I would not recommend him to anybody ever. I had to have another contractor finish the job. He made promises which he did not keep. He tried to deliver products and install products that were not what we had agreed upon for our contract. I ended up paying him but I ended up having to sue him also to finish the job that he started.

+ 1 moreI really liked them. They were good. They were very good. Both Maria and Eddie were very good. They listened to what I want to have done. There was just a small issue after the completion but they resolved it. It was just a matter of the different color on the trim and they fixed it immediately. It was a very good experience. They have a nice showroom where you can look at their products. Maria would actually come out and do the measurements. They can also help you do the design in their computer. Their prices are really good.
Description of Work: House of Decor performed service for us. They installed kitchen cabinets and installed trims, moldings and granite counters in the kitchen. They also made a custom window seat, they built that and placed crown moldings. I bought the flooring to them but I had it installed by somebody else.

Description of Work: This was not a good experience. They over promised, ran late and no showed 2 separate days. The overall product has many flaws and even though the offered to redo it, I refused. I did not want them back in my home.

Description of Work: We needed a complete kitchen remodel. Eddie and Maria were wonderful. I visited their showroom numerous times to select my cabinets, granite, and flooring for our kitchen. The staff was always very helpful, and the price was great. As soon as I gave the go ahead for the job, they got right on it. I will certainly use them again. We were able to find white shaker maple cabinets and used blue pearl granite. It looked great with the stainless steel appliances in a galley kitchen.
