+ 12 more1. Did not use the paint agreed on for house interior (zero receipts or any proof). Likely a mixture of many colors, grades, etc. 2. Storage cabinet took months to complete, badly executed, never painted on the inside, just bare 2x4s, plywood ugly old wall). 3. Gym air conditioner was framed in at an upward tilt, rainwater flowed through wall, damaging paint. 4. Garage conversion & crown molding months behind schedule. 5. Jeremiah on cell phone for much of the day, while his chain-smoking assistant does much of the labor and his dog makes use of our yard. 6. Jeremiah showing up for work on a number of occasions redolent of an organic substance that is not tobacco. This could explain faulty judgment as manifested by back-wards French doors, up-tilted a/c and endless penciled measurements (still visible) inside poorly constructed storage cabinet. Conclusion: A very costly lesson for a naive & gullible 1st time homeowner.
Description of Work: He earthquake-bolted my house. He painted the interior of my house. Assisted with conversion of a bedroom to laundry room (demo, re-pipe, tank-less heater install), crown molding, minor electrical. Conversion of garage into a gym, consisting of leveling floor, applying rubber "puzzle" tile, installing through-wall a/c, replacing garage door with French doors, removal and replacement of rotted support post. Construction of a storage cabinet in garage/gym. Re-seeded part of front lawn. Various other tasks, such as stripping and re-welding an iron banister, cleaning the grout in the kitchen & bathroom, hanging a chandelier, etc.
