They were very nice.

Came recommended by LA Fire Dept. Fast to come for a quote. Followed up with phone call. Came a few hours late but still finished on time. Cleared steep hill of all debris. Hauled away trimmings. Price was very reasonable for work done.

This was the first time I have used their services. They showed up and finished on time. It took them about five to six hours to complete the work.

They took care of the bugs that were destroying my oak trees. They use ecological friendly products. I think that the fact they use those kinds of products is great. I will have them back to work on other things. I recommend them highly.

The 1st time I used Green Leaf, they did not do everything they said they would do. But I gave them a second chance. When my dog was hurt, the owner finally came out and refused to reimburse me. He offered $500 in free tree trimming, but given my two experiences, I asked for reimbursement. He said I was crazy and ridiculous not to accept this offer. I did not want his crew on my property and I did not trust the quality of work.

This was a strange one. When I called the company, the receptionist (?) made an appointment for a representative to give me an estimate. Antonio Ortiz arrived and gave me his card, then walked around with me to discuss the work to be done. I accepted his estimate and he told me when the worker(s) would arrive. So far, so good. On the appointed morning, Tony dropped off one worker in his (Tony's) car with necessary tools and gave him instructions in Spanish, as the worker had little or no English. The worker set about work and did an ok job in a couple of hours. No one else appeared. He raked the trimmings into a pile at the curb and laid down on the front lawn. He was gone next time I looked. Late in the afternoon, someone in a white van came by and collected the debris pile. A few days later, Joe called and asked if I had paid anyone. I said no and he asked me to leave the check under the front doormat, which I did. He never came by, nor have I been billed.

THEY GAVE A FAIR ESTIMATE. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND FINISHED ALL WORK AS PROMISED. THEY ACCEPTED A 10% OFF COUPON I GOT IN THE MAIL. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL.

The estimator arrived on time. His original bid was $400, which I felt was too high; he came down to $350, which perhaps was still a bit too high but I took it. Two men came the next day, on time, and did the trimming. They were pleasant, they cleaned up quite well and later in the day the company's chipper truck came by to pick up the trimmings. There was no aesthetic aspect to their work. Everything was cut, but the bushes didn't look particularly attractive afterward, e.g., the camellia, a roundish shape, was much larger on one side than the other, even though I pointed that out to the man. Others were uneven. If I use them again I'll be even more specific than I was this time.

I hired them to clear a steep hillside of very overgrown brush/trees after being cited by the Fire Department. They were prompt, spent three days doing it and were great.

THE COMPANY CAME ON THE IMMEDIATE DAY OF REQUEST TO GIVE A BID. THE BID WAS ACCEPTED AND SERVICE WAS PERFORMED BEAUTIFULLY AND PROFESSIONALLY THAT DAY.
