Description of Work: They put new ridge caps on all of the roof and sealed around all of the vent tubes. They also repaired a part of the roof where all of sand part of the shingles had worn off from the rubbing of tree limb over a long period time.The work was done in one day and they cleaned up well.

+ -1 moreI know nothing and had to put all my trust into the general contractor. I even had to leave town due to a death. I knew everything that was happening and when it was explained in contractor language he translated it to ignorant should never have bought a house owner language. I felt my best interest was their best interest and it came out better than I thought or imagined.
Description of Work: They were supposed to do a little concrete around existing concrete. But when they first arrived to begin I received a phone call that the existing concrete needed to be demolished if it was going to be done correctly. I knew there may have been a problem with the existing concrete but none of the 4 other contractors that came to see it mentioned anything. This company mentioned it but said they would hope to work with it but that was not possible.
