FRED MORROW PLUMBING

Just had Fred Morrow come over to fix many things. We have used them for many years. The sink disposal had been bumped and unplugged and they recognized this immediately. Braided lines on our washing machines perfectly installed. They came here, they were professional, efficient and did a wonderful job all around, !

I've used Fred Morrow Plumbing a few times. They have always been helpful and prompt. This morning they came within my two hour window time (earlier than later) and quickly took care of my clogged sink. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely call if I ever need a plumber again.

The process went superbly and I would highly recommend this company. Fred's prices were the most reasonable out of all of the companies that I requested quotes from, and the quality of the work and the responsiveness they demonstrated was outstanding! The finished job was impeccable and so well done that it was nice to look at. Quality products were used and trade-craft was employed over the entire course of the project. Fred also kept in contact with me for two weeks after the installation to coach me on the best water temperatures to get the best life out of my plumbing. I am very impressed!

I called Fred Morrow plumbing the afternoon of 10/21 and secured an appointment for the next day. The two plumbers, Paul and Miguel, arrived 15 minutes early, and finished sooner than I expected. They were professional throughout the service. I had called to replace the kitchen drain pipes, but they identified and showed me a major problem with the laundry pipes. I had them replace those as well. The total bill with the extra work came out less than the original phone estimate. I am extremely satisfied with Fred Morrow plumbing and won't hesitate to use them again.

Stal from Morrow Plumbing arrived right on time. He replaced the angle stops and supply lines in the master bedroom sink. He also replaced the stem on the hot water faucet. This took approximately one hour. He was very professional and advised me to spray some bleach/water, on the location where the leak had been. This was to kill the mold. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing repairs!!!!

A flooring service provider informed me that a toilet must have a leak under the flooring, and that water was causing damage under the nearby wood flooring. I called Fred Morrow, whom I had used previously, to replace the interior wax ring seal of the toilet. The person answering the phone knew exactly what I was talking about, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The plumber, Pete, arrived right on time and got to work. I was pretty shocked when I saw how badly degraded the seal was?what a mess, and since I had no leakage above ground there was nothing to indicate to me that I even had a problem. The job was finished with an immaculate sealant around where the toilet base meets the floor, and considering the time and material involved, I was pleasantly surprised that the job was so affordable.

I phoned at about 11 am today to ask for service and they arrived within 2 hrs or so. It wasn't even an emergency. We have used them before for much bigger jobs including pipe clogs in our outdoor patio drain pipes and on the line to the sewer. Each time, they are more than reasonable in pricing. They are skilled and so kind on the phone when I am freaking out. We appreciate all the services they have done to keep our home in tip top shape.

We contacted Fred Morrow through their answering service on Memorial Day and asked for a service call the following day. Our kitchen sink faucet had begun leaking badly and we were concerned about serious water damage. Fred Morrow Plumbing responded promptly through the Angie's List message board and with a voicemail telling us that they would assist the following day! Their prompt "yes" helped give us peace of mind so we could enjoy our holiday. The following day, Pedro from Fred Morrow showed up within the promised time frame. Days earlier we had scheduled a steam cleaning of our carpets for that same day -- not anticipating a plumbing emergency, of course. Pedro not only installed the new parts swiftly and well, but also coordinated water turn-off with the carpet cleaning crew in a pleasant and professional manner. When it was all done, we were pleased with Pedro's work and with the very reasonable cost for the service and parts. We will definitely call Fred Morrow again for plumbing services!

This is the second time I have used the company. Stal showed up and checked out the issues and fixed them. Replaced two old water shut offs under a bathroom sink and repaired an old leaky faucet in the garage utility sink. Nice people who answer phone calls and show up and get the job done.

The gas line from my house to my detached garage was serviced by a 50 year old manifold that was rusted. There was also a small gas leak at the back of the garage where the underground pipe had rusted. The owner Fred Morrow came out and estimated the job. He suggested having my gardener dig the trench to save money. I paid my gardener $200 to dig and refill the approximately 80 feet of trench which was 20 inches deep. Plumbers Paul and Miguel showed up on time and got right to work. Everything looked professional and well installed. Fred called to check on how the job went later in the day. Friendly service at a reasonable price. The office person was very nice and actually knew who I was when I called to confirm my appointment for Friday.

Stal removed the old kitchen faucet and installed a new Delta faucet. He worked quickly, cleaned up the area when he was done, and was pleasant and knowledgeable. Before writing this review I waited for a week to be sure there were no leaks under the sink and that the faucet was working fine. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fred Morrow Plumbing again.

The owner, Fred, always sends out people who are very pleasant, professional, and do their job very quickly. I don’t know what others charge for service, but I find this company to be very reasonable for their services. There are no surprise charges. He had even fixed a second plumbing issue that came up on the day he was here, at no additional cost. This company is always a pleasure to have in my home.

Called for an appointment. Instead of a simple answer about the service charge for a visit, I was given a long defensive, almost hostile explanation about why they have service charge! Then when I asked if a cost estimate for repairs would be given at the service visit, it started again. I had to hang up. WOULD NEVER USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE PROVIDER.

THis company is marvelous! He actually came to my house personally and took care of my leaking water tank and put in a new tank for me. They were very professional and courteous to me. They did a very good job!

I've been using them for about 12 years. They are excellent and knowledgeable. They're always on time and honest. They're not cheap, but they're really good at what they do. They can diagnose any problem and fix it. They're the best.

Pete arrived right on time and after a brief explanation of the problems, immediately started the job. He was familiar with Toto toilets and had a replacement part so there was no delay or reschedule needed. The bathroom sink stopper could not be permanently fixed due to the slightly short rod that did not engage properly- Pete did an adjustment so it at least functions better than it did before. He also checked the outside water pressure when I mentioned that we had problems in the past. Pete was very knowledgable and experienced. All work was completed and work areas were cleaned up nicely. Would definitely use Fred Morrow plumbing in the future. The price listed included parts for the Toto, labor, less a $10 Angie's List new customer discount.

Fantastic. The pedestal sink had been removed a week prior for floor work to be done. The pedestal needed a lot of prep work because of old glue and junk on it. Stahl installed the sink and a new toilet and all new lines, etc. He was meticulous and clean and very helpful and noncondescending in answering my questions. He wrote up an itemized bill that was clearly written and very neat and he went over it with me very carefully line by line. Well done.

Fast and clean. The sink was glued very heavily to the wall and floor but Tony patiently got it unstuck with no damage at all to the pedestal sink. Tony was very courteous and professional and clearly knew what he was doing. We were very happy with him and work..

Toni and a helper came out and within just a few hours after calling them. Toni immediately knew what needed fixing in the toilet and explained everything that needed to be done. Needed a new showerhead and Toni had one on his truck that he said was a good one, and it works wonderfully. Have had a problem with the sink stopper for 6 years. The round stopper in the sink keeps popping off and Toni immediately said the connecting rod under the sink is too long, and just replaced that with a shorter one, and it works great. Had many plumbers just reconnected the old one over the years and it just kept continually coming off. Can't believe after having this problem for 6 years Toni fixed it in a few minutes. Toni and his helper were professional, fast, friendly and so knowledgeable.
