Description of Work: Cleared sewer line from house to street of roots. Replaced sewer line down driveway to street. Entailed putting in two additional cleanouts where line changed directions. Work was done over perhaps three weeks, eventually involving hydro jetting line down driveway. Then because camera indicated that original clay line running down drive was broken in a number of places, it was replaced using a machine that breaks apart the old line while simultaneously replacing it with a polywhatever same size line.

Description of Work: Friendly, professional, and beyond. Fred and his long-time assistant came to my house to replace an old lemon of a water heater for a new one. They completed the work in about 2 hours and I was completely satisfied with the installation: they obviously knew what they were doing, and they didn't mind explaining things. The price was high, but to have it done right meant a lot to me. But there's more: Fred mentioned that our old water heater might have warranty that would give us money back. He took the unit back to Lowe's (where I bought it), and brought me back a $575 gift card for Lowe's that was Lowe's warranty policy. So the cost of service to me turned out about half! I was hugely happy, and the new water heater has been perfect. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The plumber showed up on time with a phone call about 1/2 hour before, as promised. I had a new kitchen and a new bathroom faucet installed, plus a new valve set in the bathroom. The4 job entailed removing the old plumbing and fixtures and installing new ones. The plumber (Pete) was polite, quiet, and exceptionally neat. I did have a few questions the day after and called the company. Fred Morrow (owner) returned the call to answer my questions. Just FYI, new faucets are manufactured with lower flow than the old ones because of conservation laws in certain states. I wanted to make sure I was not imagining this. Also, the bathroom drain plug was a little floppy and Mr. Morrow told me that certain faucet models have this happen. It is the fault of the manufacturer, not the plumber. I called Moen to confirm and he was honest and correct. So if you are having a new faucet installed know that the flow will be about 1.5 gallons less per minute than the old one, and you may have to live with a floppy drain stopper.

Description of Work: The job consisted of a couple of days of small to medium jobs. Install earthquake gas shut-off, install shower valve (bath one), clear plugged drain, repair shower valve (bath two). Dealing with the office was easy and the plumber (Pedro) was on time and did very good work. Everything works fine and Fred Morrow Plumbing will be the plumber on my next project.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the pipe under the sink. I hesitated to put in a new garbage disposal because of the expense but the gentleman gave me options - it was cracked, so he could put wax in the cracks as a temporary measure, or install a new one, which would save money on a service call. The gentleman that did the repairs assessed the problem, gave me the price and gave me options. Once I made my choice - he completed the repairs successfully, and everything is working as it should now. This is the best case scenario in a repair.

Description of Work: $306.00 per hour plus travel time on weekends............ On a weekend Sat AM at 11 AM they asked for $306/hr plus travel time (45 mins away)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. They have done reputable work in the past, but that is too expensive and I am willing to pay for quality work.
