Description of Work: The work was done a year or so ago. Fred Morrow plumbing initially fixed some leaking bathroom fixtures and, a short time later, came to our house when a bathtub drain backed up with water from the main sewer line. They fixed the dripping fixtures promptly, but the price was high. The problem with main sewer line was handled by the city in a day or two, and in our opinion we didn't really need to spend the money we did trying to diagnose and remediate the problem with Fred Morrow.

Description of Work: jose was great. he was prompt and thorough. he replaced my pressure regulator with the same brand as the old one. he made sure to turn off the water recirculating pump beforehand and measured the water pressure after completing the installation. he even reminded me to close my garage door before leaving!

Description of Work: There was a leak at the bottom of the toilet bowl. The plumber and helper removed the toilet, cleaned and adjusted the pipe and put the toilet back. It took them about one hour. | |Another plumber had prevoiously told us that we needed to replace the entire drainpipe (for $15,000).
