They sent someone out named Tony, who called before he came. He really knew what he was doing . He was very helpful in giving tips and very professional. I would definitely use them again becuase we were very happy with them. He gave us an Angie's List discount as well.

From start to finish our experience with Fred Morrow Plumbing was wonderful. Fred Morrow is a wealth of information as is Stal who has performed all of the work at our home. They are professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, clean, respectful of our home and very nice to deal with. We spoke to several plumbers re installing new toilets in our home before speaking with Fred and came to the conclusion that there A LOT of plumbers out there who just want to do the MINIMUM and do things the EASY way (or don't want to do them at all because it takes a little extra work/time) - whereas Fred was and has been willing to find solutions and work with us as far as what we wanted for our home and how to make what we wanted work. We wanted a specific type of Toto toilet which can be a little tricky to install -- but Fred Morrow Plumbing aims to please -- and they did!! We had a small issue with one of the toilets after it was installed (nothing to do with the installation or installer) and they came right back out to take care of it -- no problem. We highly recommend Fred Morrow Plumbing -- we WILL be using them again FOR SURE in the future. They do great quality work. Hire this company with confidence! We are VERY PARTICULAR and do not hand out accolades unless warranted.

Another company quoted me $800 or $900 to fix the wrong thing for the same job. This guy did the job perfectly fine, and I didn't have to spend $800. He was a fantastic choice. I would recommend him.

The reason I didn't pay for the service is because the clogged sink was a homeowner's issue, as the clog was in the common pipe stacks between floors. However, the plumber also did some minor (but major to me!) work for me that was unrelated to the common area problem, and he didn't charge me for it. I thought this was pretty classy. All the work that was done was done efficiently, cleanly, and in a very professional manner. I will definitely use them in the future.

This was the first time that I used them, and I chose them because they had great reviews. I spoke with Fred on the phone, and he explained everything really well. He did a fine job on the recess box, and the work on the shower seems to be okay. Overall, I was not very happy with them, especially the billing and the fact that the toilet is still leaking. The person who came out was here for an hour and a half, and he billed me for two hours. I did not appreciate being charged for the extra 20 or 30 minutes without being told that ahead of time. I would not use them in the future.

I called office - reassuring secretary answer preliminary questions and scheduled my repair within my short time-frame needed. The technician arrived within 45 minutes and explained what he was doing and answered my questions. Basically - great service all around - he cleared my house clean-out and I happily paid their fee. I would definitely use again.

Got great info and answers to my questions when I called in (talked with Fred personally). He told me what his plumber would do and why it was important and then recommended that I not do other work because it was unnecessary. Plumber arrived as planned, did the work and continued to explain what he was doing and why. He gave advice about proper care and told me how to do things myself to avoid service calls in the future (with the added bonus that they are happy to come out if I run into trouble and won't make me feel bad for trying :-). Very professional.

I had a pretty good size job (running and hooking up a 1 1/2" gas line from our meter to a new pool heater) and spoke with Fred himself. I saw all of the good reviews and am located within a few miles of the plumbing business so it seemed like a good choice. Fred asked where I got his number from and I told him Angie's List and he immediately said that they charge for quotes. I remodeled my home top to bottom and I have never had a single contractor of any type charge for a quote. So be forewarned: if you don't want to pay for a quote, don't call Fred Morrow Plumbing.

Stal came out within an hour of my call and completed all the work in less than an hour. As always, he was pleasant and efficient and everything was working perfectly when he left. This company is reliable, reasonable and trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.

We discovered we had a gas leak in our laundry room this morning. The gas company rep came out to check and tried to provide at least a temporary fix but the pipe was cracked and there was nothing else he could do. He turned the gas off and said to have a plumber come out because it couldn't be turned back on until it was properly fixed. I called Fred Morrow Plumbing based on the reviews here and their proximity to our house. They answered the phone on the first ring and paged their on-call man. Stal called back to confirm what the problem was and to let us know that since it's a Saturday we would be billed double-time (which we expected) and a time frame when he expected to arrive. He showed up on time and fixed the problem right away. He had to crawl under the house to get to pipe. So now the leak is repaired and the gas is back on. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. The next time we have a plumbing issue we will definitely be calling them back and asking for Stal.

I wasn't sure why I was smelling this smell, since I'm on a septic system. Stal came out and told me that it was the garbage disposal. He advised me to put lemons down it and get an enzyme cleaner. While he was there, I showed him a sink stopper in my bathroom that wasn't working, and he was able to get a part from his truck and fix it quickly. I was very happy with the service.

We had a clogged kitchen sink. The overflow cap on the exterior of the house had popped and we hadn't noticed for several days (but our dogs had!). We called Fred Morrow - this was the second time, in a different house, that we used them - and instantly they had a tech, Tony at our house. Tony had come to our previous home and remembered us. The job was quickly remedied. We had been told in advance that we would be charged double-time as it was Friday night late after hours. Regardless, we were quite happy with the work done

There was a leak under the kitchen sink causing water damage to the wood. After trying to fix it myself with no avail, I called Fred Morrow Plumbing. Though I called after 5pm (regular business hours), I thought I'd get a message with their hours of operation, but instead they have an answering service that took my call and told me someone would call me back. I told them this was not an emergency, but the answering service said it was FMP's policy to call back. The owner himself called me and I described the leak problem. I asked what the cost might be and he gave me a minimum, but of course could not guarantee without seeing the issue first hand. The minimum was reasonable and I made appt for the next morning. The plumber was on time, professional and the leak is gone. No mess left behind. I would call them again.

Pedro and Miguel arrived promptly. They were clean and courteous. They wasted no time, but got right to work as soon as they understood what I needed. Some of the work was under the house, in the crawlspace. Never an extra charge or even a complaint about the muddy work. I felt Fred Morrow Plumbing was a little pricey, but I didn't mind because of their excellent work. Pedro even returned the next day to do a small (but important) job they overlooked - at no charge. I recommmend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

Our old toilet wasn't working and I called them (finding them through Angies List) to find out how much it would cost to have them come out here and fix our toilet. It was going to be roughly $90-100 (that's their minimum and it equals 1 hour of service). Then I asked how much would it cost to put a new toilet in -- about $180 (although after the Angie's List discount, it went down a little). They offered to provide a Toto toilet for an additional price, but I thought it'd be cheaper for me if I went and picked out my own toilet. Without having booked an appointment or mentioned I was with Angie's List, they walked me through buying the right toilet. I even called them from Home Depot (about 2 or 3 times actually) and told them what my options were. It was great to have plumber's advice over the phone while purchasing a toilet and saved me a lot of time and research (not to mention, I didn't have to worry about the plumber up-selling me because the money was going to Home Depot). This was truly the most helpful part of the process, and it wasn't even what I paid them for. Booking a quick appointment was easy, and they were efficient in replacing my toilet. I wasn't watching over their shoulder, but the job seems flawless. Because I purchased the toilet from Home Depot, there were a couple of bolts for the toilet seat that were missing. The plumber pointed out the problem and basically said that you can't trust buying stuff like this from Home Depot because people will come in and steal specific parts straight out of the boxes. Luckily, he had a couple of bolts in his truck that would work, and he added it in for no extra charge. NOTE ON PRICE: They gave me an Angie's List Discount of $10 off, so it was $170 total. I didn't call any other place, so I can't say that this was high or low for this service, hence, the "C" I gave on cost. I went with them because I needed a new toilet fast, and didn't have time to hunt down the best deal, AND I went with them because they were so helpful on the phone in helping me pick the right toilet. I believe I called them about 4-5 times in about a course of an hour (I literally bought the Toilet within an hour after my first call to them), and after that, I felt they deserved my business. I might have found a better deal somewhere else, but helping me avoid unnecessary research and guiding me through toilet selection made up for any difference in cost.

I called to have someone come out to give me an estimate for a copper re-pipe at a house I just purchased and am going to flip. I was told by the secretary they were not going to be the cheapest for the job, although they had never seen the house. She then put the owner on the phone that told me they were a class A business and that they would not be the right company for me. WOW. Although Fred was polite on the phone, it is shocking to me that he wouldn't even come out to give me an estimate. I guess this company makes so much money off of referrals from Angieslist that they do not need to bother with the little jobs. Thanks for nothing, Fred.

The plumber from Fred Morrow showed up exactly when he was scheduled to be here. Tony was very polite, as was his assistant working with him. They came in and replaced my garbage disposal quickly and quietly, and took a look at my water heater and diagnosed my issues there. They were totally professional, fit me in within a day of my initial call, and I'm bringing them back next week to service my tank-less water heater. These guys are awesome and they leave you with peace of mind, which is more valuable to me than the repair. They were the cheapest that I found too, which is also awesome. I definitely recommend Fred Morrow Plumbing and will continue to use them in the future.

I called Fred Morrow Plumbing on Monday. They were able to come out to my house on Wednesday. The scheduler was very friendly and professional. They sent Stal to my house to perform the job. Stal was also very nice, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He not only installed the toilets but he hauled away the boxes as well as the old toilets. One of toilets was consistently running. Before Stal installed the new toilets, he tried to repair the original toilet. My husband and I appreciated that he took the time to try to save us money by trying to repair the original toilet. Stal's work was done quickly and he was very neat.

The guys at Fred Morrow were great. They showed up on time and did their work efficiently and completely. I highly recommend them if you need any kind of plumbing work done.

The plumber arrived at the scheduled time, gave an estimate for the repairs and was finished within an hour. Great service.

They were very nice. I had just gotten a new washing machine. They cleaned the drain for the machine. They came over, assessed the situation. It took them around two hours to complete the work. It seems to be working. They charged by the hour and gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member.
