I called them on a Tuesday evening with the three issues I described. They were there at 8:30 the following momring. Called before they arrived. had all the parts they needed. Didn't try to upsell new equipment. Finished the work quickly. Explain the function of the new parts thoroughly. Showed me how to get the warrantee on the part. Polite....good cleanup....great experience.

They were a good company. Everything I asked for they did. They were clean, thorough, had a good crew, and arrived as advertised. The installation was done quickly and cleanly. There was a problem with the faucet, specifically the bender. They did a good job installing. They were thorough and on time. I've used him previously for 3 or 4 times and I'm very happy with his work. It was very easy to schedule with them. The office staff is very good too.

I would give Fred Morrow plumbing an A PLUS if I could. I have used the same people to clear my drains for a few years with no problem until last week. They worked for about an hour but couldn't get my sewer line clear. They don't do any real plumbing just clean drains. They said I had a break in my line and needed to call someone to repair. They charged me $100. Enter Fred Morrow plumbing. I talked to Fred and told him what my "guys" said. He told me it would be $250 to a run a camera to find the break. He came highly recommended so I agreed. I'm thinking just 250 for starters but who knew how much more. Anyway, Mike was the first to show from Morrow plumbing, and he couldn't have been nicer or more professional... Then Jimmy showed up and he was also a pro,. Actually he oversees most of the crew. By watching how the snake worked, they realized shortly that there was no broken sewer line, it had just settled weirdly underground... they changed the of the snake and finally cleared the line. Here's the deal, I had already okayed a $ 250 amount, they could have easily charged me that amount, but they only charged me $135. Honesty is a great advertisement. I called Fred Morrow to fix a leaking hot water heater. Pete came out and installed an expansion tank on the hot water heater. Couldn't be happier. Pete came on time, and was very proffessional and knowledgeable. He first ran the hot water in the house, so he could see the leak in action, and after he installed the expansion tank, he ran the hot water again for quite a while to make sure it wasn't leaking. I really appreciated that he stayed and made sure it had stopped leaking. The price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone, and very reasonable I thought.

Fred Morrow Plumbing was a pleasure to deal with. No hastles about providing estimates or scheduling appointments. Pedro, the plumber, was prompt, friendly, and efficient. The work was done within the estimated amount of time and there was no attempt to upsell useless services. I first tried to arrange a reasonable price with my building's regular plumber. He quoted me a "discounted" price that was 3 times higher than what I paid Fred Morrow. I was pleasantly surprised when I called Fred Morrow Plumbing and was treated professionally and fairly. I will use them again without hesitation.

We had what we thought was a clogged toilet at my office. I called up and Fred was able to come within the hour. Fred came out and quickly diagnosed that it was clog in the main line to the building. He was able to clear the clog and everything now works great. Fantastic job! I would definitely call him again if we have any future plumbing problems.

We needed to replace an old 75 gallon water heater with a new 50 gallon unit. I called Fred Morrow Plumbing and, within a few minutes, received a call back from Fred who gave a me a quote over the phone. Within minutes of my accepting the quote, he had a plumber at the site. All work was completed to our satisfaction. I will not hesitate to consult/contract this plumbing company in future repairs.

I made two calls in three days to California Green Plumbing after reading rave reviews, but although I left detailed messages as requested on the phone recording as well as asking them to call me if they were too busy to provide service, I never heard from them. I had no problem reaching Fred Morrow Plumbing and making an appt. as soon as convenient. Two workers arrived close to the time of our appt. Both were very cordial and professional. The cartridge and cover for my bath water control were incorrectly installed the first time and the plumbers re- installed replacement parts. One explained to me how it was supposed to work after the job was completed. Although I never asked them to remove their shoes, I noticed they did so after seeing I had hardwood floors throughout. That was exceptionally thoughtful!

These guys are fantastic! I called in the morning and they were at my house that same afternoon - within the time frame they gave me. The two guys that came were very professional, fast and clean. They explained every charge. Both men were very nice. I will definitely use them again. And, the lovely lady that answered the phone when I first called was very helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Very prompt, very professional and inexpensive. I've waited sixmonths to do a review because I wanted to make sure the repairs lasted. Of course, the works is still perfect. Could not be happier with the experience!

After the terrible experience with Michael's Valley Plumbing, I called Fred Morrow Plumbing for an appointment. Because my issue was unique so they put me through to talk to Fred himself. Fred was very patient and thorough, provided me all the information I need over the phone (rather than charging me a service visit for the same info). Based on Fred's recommendation I ordered the replacement parts and will be scheduling a visit with Fred once the parts arrive.

My 1950's house with original galvanized pipe had a number of interior problems and exterior leaks beyond my ability to repair. They showed up on-time (which I really appreciate) and completed the work in a professional manner. Very responsive and reasonably priced. I thought I heard an interior leak wreaking havoc under my house, but they were able to diagnose the problem as an outdoor leak and fix it. Also solved a few problems on-site that I didn't originally call about. Overall a good experience and will definitely use them again.

This morning one of our toilets backed up. Then a second toilet backed up. Then a shower drain backed up. I called Fred Morrow, and they were able to send their back up specialist, "Mike", the same day! Mike arrived in the two hour window they said he would, and cleaned out our main line from the house to the sewer. He worked efficiently and didn't make a mess or leave a mess! Everything is now back to normal. Thanks Fred Morrow! Thanks Mike!

Excellent responsiveness, on-time arrival. prompt repair. Overall "A" experience!

After describing the situation and scheduling the service, Fred called to get more information since the work would require shutting off water to the entire housing complex. After e-mailing a photo of the work to be done and the configuration of the leak and water shut-off to my unit, he confirmed that the situation was as I described and the work could proceed. He arrived promptly, and after inspecting the situation, he recommended some additional work repositioning the sprinkler shut-off valve and adding some copper piping replacing the remaining PVC pipe above ground, to eliminate the possibility of my original problem recurring. I agreed, and the work proceeded quickly. The solution was effective.

I called the company after trying to replace the dishwaser air gap myself without success. I had water spilling out my air gap and the cap would sometimes pop off causing water to spill everwhere. I finally got tired of this so I tried to replace it myself but the replacement wouldn't stay in place. I had the day off and didn't want to leave the project uncompleted so I decided to use Angie's list to find a plumber. I was able to get same day service (plumber arrived about 2 hours after I called). The plumber determined I stripped the replacement part because the hose between the garbage disposal and the air gap was too tight. So he extended this hose when he put in a new air gap. He could have stopped here (installing the air gap was my original request) but he told me that it wasn't normal for water to go out the air gap. He found that a previous installer forgot to unplug the cap going into the garbage disposal. When he removed the plug water was still coming up (much less though) so he then took the time to take the hose off, clear it of all debris (caused by previous plugged disposal) and reassemble everything. He did all this for the original estimate of a standard service call even though it ended up taking more than 1 hour when all was said and done. I'm glad to have found a company that will continue to work until the repair is 100% right

Just a heads up. As good as Fred Morrow Plumbing must be they don't need additional business. Tried to get an estimate on a substantial plumbing project but they wouldn't come out without charging me to give me an estimate.In fact the only discussion I had with the person who answers the phone is the charge for the estimate. I never got any further. I understand the need to charge if there is extensive inspections needed but they had not even seen my house.The other companies I have called have squeezed me in where they can and will not charge for an estimate BEFORE seeing my house. As one company said they come out for free for the business and if there is a need to delve further into the inspection there could be a charge. But that will be discussed after the initial inspection. I fully understand that it takes up time and effort to do an estimate but I would rather find a company that actually needs my business. Congratulations on your being so successful you don't need new customers.

I called Fred Morrow Plumbing at 8AM so they could replace a kitchen faucet that had broke the night before. Since I would be supplying my own faucet the cost would be $102/hour for labor with a one hour minimum. I was given a window of 11-2. At 1:30P Stal showed up. Upon entering my home he took off his shoes so as not to walk on my carpet. I appreciated that detail. Stal was friendly and professional. He installed the new faucet in what seemed like 30 minutes, and left everthing as tidy as it was before he got there. With my first time customer discount from Angie's List, the installation cost $92, which I was very satisfied with. I asked Stal about another repair and I will be calling back Fred Morrow Plumbing to do the work. I will specifically ask for Stal as he was a pleasure to work with.

Great, They were prompt and quick. They charge by the hour and they get right to it. No wasted time. I would definitely use them again for a plumbing issue. My old plumber retired and I'm glad that I found Fred Morrow Plumbing.

Fred Morrow Plumbing has done a pretty good job. They have good reviews from other people who already used their services so I was enticed to use them as well.

Went great overall. When I called to schedule the time to come out, they were clear on the price up front and payment options. Showed up exactly as expected on time and found a few small leaks that were repaired and a cracked valve that switches water from tub to shower. Overall, I was very happy with the repairs, quality of workmanship, promptness and professionalism.
