showed up checked machine said I needed new expensive board and could get it done on 01/02/2019 charged $55.00 service charge and left. had to call him for progress report and was told part was not available and could not help me, it would have been a little more professional to have to call me with results. have since called an other company and there is no problem finding the part. I checked the unit for the serial number against the one he wrote down and it was incorrect. Eddie was so unprofessional I would recommend staying a mile away from his services.certainly did not offer to return my deposit.

I contacted Armen and told him about my leak in my refrigerator. He said he could send out a person that day by 3pm which is exactly what happened. He stated it sounded like a clogged drain line and if that was the case the price would be $150.00 to fix it. Eddie showed up before 3pm and immediately came in and stated he thought it was the drain. After removing the icemaker and the rear part of the back of the freezer we could see all the ice build up around the drain. He then plugged in a steamer to melt the ice and then after that poured hot water into the drain until he melted and unclogged the drain itself. Everything was done and the price was exactly as stated. I will use them again for sure.
