Nick called to let me know he was on his way, which I appreciated. He found the problem with my dryer quickly, had the parts I needed with him and installed them. He also cleaned the inside dryer housing. The fees seemed reasonable for the time and effort it took to diagnose and solve the problem. Will use them again.

Nick contacted me when he saw my request on HomeAdvisor. He wasn't the recommended choice to me by the website. However, I'm glad he did because the recommended choice never did contact me. Nick called me minutes later and showed up within 2 hours. Four hours since the time I posted on Home Advisor, my fridge was fixed and ready to go again. I highly recommend his service.

Hired to fix a leaking dishwasher. He told us it would cost more to repair than to replace. So then we asked him to fix a bad-smelling garbage disposal. Again, he recommended replacing it with new. He bought a new one for us and installed it, while complaining about the state of the pipes. In the end, he said he couldn't help it if it leaked and indeed it did leak. The plumber I hired to fix that said that there was nothing wrong with the pipes but the garbage disposal was improperly installed. Not connected correctly to the sink. In the end, it was a pretty expensive repair with the inclusion of the plumber.

He diagnosed, went to his car for parts, came back and installed new ones, and presto! Done in 15 minutes! Nick was great! Super nice guy. Informed me of possible future issues if it goes out again. Great experience!
