On time, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Not only did Armen replace my motor, he found so many other broken parts, he replaced them as well. He is the most honest and pleasant gentleman and I would recommend him to everyone I know with no hesitation. Best experience ever!

Replaced lever for ice maker. When I called him to say it wasn’t making ice he said he never promised it would. Took no responsibility. Yet he said it was fine when he replaced the part. He was rude to me. Accused me of having repaired it before. I never had. Argued about it! Eventually after more than a week it began making ice. But his rudeness was intolerable

Well, I wrote on my email that the problem was electrical per the gas co. who sent a man over to investigate. So, what happens, the guy wants to replace the igniters that wasn't the problem. I told him that it wasn't the igniters, didn't he read my email and he said no. Then he decides that it was the motherboard and he can take it out and get it fixed somewhere and install it back for $380. I said no, and paid him $45 for the service call. Waste of my time.

I purchased new appliances and the dishwasher was not installed due to a leveling issue. Fix It All was able to install my dishwasher which turned out to be a little more complicated than I had anticipated. I am very pleased with their service and also happy that they did not hit me with hidden charges for the extra work that needed to be done to get it installed and running. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Was pleased with him and he did what he said - no extra charges or anything questionable. I wasn't able to use him for the full repair as it didn't make financial sense but he stuck to his word and just charged me the fair evaluation fee. I recommend him.

Phenomenal and professional work. Showed up when he said he would show, called ahead of time. Stayed until 10:30pm on a Thursday night repairing our refrigerator. Eddie had to order parts then showed up at 8:00 am Saturday morning with parts in hand to finish the job. In an era when it is tough to get a contractor/service company to even return your call it is nice to get some people who actually care about meeting their customer's needs. Reasonable price for the work and time put into the repair and a steal of a deal when Samsung wanted $200.00 just to show up.
