They called immediately, came out that day and did a great job fixing my washing machine. No complaints at all. I will recommend them and use them again.

Felt he was super expensive but he came down on the pricing a little bit. He was not at all friendly and his people skills could have been better. But the work got done.

Vic (I think he's the owner) was very accommodating to my requests. Tony (the repair person) came out and got right to work. He evaluated what was needed, gave a price, waited for my response and ordered the part. As soon as the part came in, he came to my house, installed it, tested the machine and that was that. He was quiet, efficient and didn't waste time. I was pleased with the service. (Just not the price because the part was so expensive--Samsung electric dryers with some bells and whistles are evidently expensive to repair!) But considering that two trips were made, it was fixed as soon as possible, and the part's cost was not the fault of the repair company, I was overall pleased with Fix It All Appliance Repair, and with Tony and Vic.

Ist day to repair stove top igniter- sure shot diagnosis done - asked for deposit; a few minutes later asking for taxes for parts- later retrieved. 2nd time visited- changed the wires etc - stove still not working; says need more parts and order- have a nonfunctioning gas stove at his mercy to when to get the part? and complete the project. Fathoming the danger of fixing Gas stove igniter with some one like him who does not seem like a pro.

Knowledgeable, the guy who came did a great job fixing my dryer I can only recommend him also gave me a fair estimate and price stayed at the end.

Tony should up at the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He then gave me a window of time for the part to come in and complete the project. 24 hours later the problem was completed as promised.
