Fix It All Appliance Repair

Hired them to fix stove and install propane conversion kit on clothes dryer. Tech couldn't do either job. Said it would take 2 people to convert the dryer and he would charge $360 and have to come back another time.I travelled 3 hrs each way just to meet this tech. Wasted an entire day and a full tank of gas for nothing! Said he could do the jobs when I booked the appt. And he was late. Completely disappointed and angry! Later, the Gas company tech did the job for $80 - no problem.

Excellent. He arrived when he said...immediately found and took care of the problem. Efficient and very knowledgeable. Friendly and answered all my questions...no matter how silly...with patience, understanding and knowledge.

Quick response time after submitting request. Arrived within appointed time frame, evaluated problems that needed to be addressed, ordered new part needed to complete the repair, came the next day and finished the job. Now my refrigerator is running just like new.

I appreciated his confidence that our 1980's gas stove and oven would start lighting properly again. I had already looked for a replacement just in case. But his assurance that it was worth fixing kept me from placing the order. We got the part back today, and so far so good. Thank you for your prompt response and the great work.

Armin saved us several thousand dollars on our gas wall oven by taking it apart, testing everything, figuring out which parts were broken and getting them fixed. Then he put it all together again and charged us a very reasonable price. Otherwise, since the parts had been discontinued, along with the oven, we would have had to buy and install a whole new, larger oven. Whew! Thanks to Armin. His company is on my Roladex of star repair people.

Great work, seemed fair price, would hire again. 4.0 stars on customer service because he was late getting to appointment both times he came out and didn't call to let us know. If he had called to update us on the new arrival time, I would have given 5 stars.
