Description of Work: Came out to see why smoke comes in the house. Couldn't find a reason. They filled in area between gas line and fireplace. Smoke still comes in house when we have fires.

Description of Work: Cleaned and inspected chimney. The crew was courteous and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Prompt, efficient, pleasant service. Many recommendations made to improve or repair the current chimney, however no pressure sales. Instead an e-mail with quotes on repairs was sent a few days later.

Description of Work: Swept my chimney, installed new set of gas logs and related equipment. The crew was delayed by awful traffic, plus rain, so didn't arrive until almost 5 PM (time slot was noon to 4). Entirely not their fault, and the office manager called me to assure me that they were indeed coming but were stuck on the 405! When they got here, they were NOT grumpy and not in a rush to get through. Instead, they were cheerful, and worked quietly and steadily and paid a lot of attention to detail. Description of Work: The man was very professional and very through and told us where there were problems with the chimney and said they could preform the repairs which were minor or my contractor could do it. We opted for the latter. Very Professional.

Description of Work: Checked all chimneys (3) -- advised needed repairs to keep animals from coming down the chimney -- cleaned gas log set-up in one fireplace. The rep was courteous, worked promptly, and seemed very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Inspect fireplace, replace silica sand and embers, patch around gas line. James found a problem at the top of the fireplace, the chase cover was not installed correctly, and there is a gap where water can come in. He will be coming back to fix this, very professional, took pictures and thoroughly explained what was going on. He also found a hairline crack in the ceramic panel inside the fireplace, and gave me options what to do.

Description of Work: They cleaned the chimney and checked for cracks or irregularities. I haven't tried the chimney yet but it looks clean. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Price seems a little high for 40 minutes of work including set up.
