Called and made an appointment for the same day. Jorge was very punctual. An assistant came with him. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. You couldn't even tell they had been here. They seemed to be knowledgeable in their work. Would highly recommend them.

I selected this company because I was looking for somebody who would care for their brand, not a an unknown that would disappear leaving a problem. James, the technician, was very professional, friendly, and thorough in his work. I will only use them from here on out. One of the pieces that was needed was ordered in the wrong size but they took care of it as soon as possible and I didn't have to hound them. I will only use them from here on out. The other two chimney companies either had a disconnected phone number or didn't return my calls. Thew roofing company I use referred me to two companies which never called me back. I emailed angieslist.com and was referred to ''Fiddler on the Roof.'' Not only did they answer the phone, but I had an appointment in less than a week. They were on time, and the job was completed the same day.

Experience was great. They came when promised, inspected the caps -- on a third floor roof, in the rain -- found no leaks or problems. Also inspected chimneys and told me that they didn't need sweeping immediately, but probably by the end of the year. Lastly, sealed up cut-out where gas line comes in on pre-fab unit. Wore booties in house and were sure not to track soot/dirt from fireplaces across floor.

THE COMPANY WAS EASY TO SCHEDULE WITH. HOWEVER, THE SERVICE PERSON WAS VERY LATE AND I THOUGHT THEY WERENT COMING. FINALLY, I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL AND HE OFFERED TO COME LATER IN THE EARLY EVENING. HE DID FINALLY ARRIVE, WAS APOLOGETIC, DID THE JOB AND CLEANED-UP AFTERWARDS.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! THIS COMPANY BEAT THE COMPETITOR ESTIMATES BY TEN PERCENT. THEIR REP SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FIXED THE CRACK WITH NO PROBLEM.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES. THE WORK WAS DONE WELL WITH A FULL EXPLANATION OF WHAT WAS DONE AND WHY. A VARIETY OF CHIMNEY CAPS WERE OFFERED TO US BASED UPON LIFETIME.

IT WAS FINE. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY. THEY DID AN OK JOB. I THINK THEY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB, BUT I DON'T KNOW BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE WITH CHIMNEY SWEEPS.

THIS COMPANY WORKED WONDERFULLY TO REPAIR SOMETHING I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF. THEY EXPLAINED THE COSTS AS WELL AS PROCEDURES AND ARRIVED TIMELY. THEY FINISHED QUICKLY AND LEFT THE YARD SPOTLESS.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND CLEAN. THEY WERE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT MAKING SURE MY FIREPLACE WAS SAFE.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. FRIENDLY ON THE PHONE. WORKMEN ARRIVED PROMPTLY. DID THE WORK NEATLY. GAVE SUGGESTIONS REGARDING POTENTIAL PROBLEMS.

THEY APPEARED TO BE THOROUGH. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT AND PROVIDE THE SERVICE SOONER THAN ALL OTHER PLACES I CALLED. RATES WERE COMPETITIVE. AFTER CLEANING, THEY DID SUGGEST I HAVE SOMETHING PATCHED, AND WERE GOING TO CHARGE ABUT $25 TO DO SOMETHING THAT SHOULD COST CLOSE TO NOTHING (IT WAS JUST A MATTER OF PUTTING COMPOUND ON IT). I DECLINED. BUT, WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR OVERALL SERVICE.
