+ -1 moreHe explained everything he did and provided us with detailed estimates. The work was done on budget and on time. John did the work himself and proved to be a consummate craftsman. He left the site clean and our shrubs and flower beds ready for the spring. All in all we were extremely happy with is work and professionalism.
Description of Work: John rebuilt rear 2-level deck with new and some reclaimed wood, stained and finished it to a better deck that it was when I put it in originally 20 years ago. John did all the work himself. He also worked on the house for us including an excellent exterior paint job and brought to our attention work that needed to be done to the roof (he took photos of the damage that needed our immediate attention).
