Description of Work: He said it would take less than 4 hours when did estimate. They did not finish in 4 hrs, worker arrived late, slow worker, left job incomplete and then wanted us to pay for 2 more hours minimum to finish. We took our business elsewhere.

Description of Work: Fine, the only glitch was that they neglected to tell me their hourly rate before hand. Only after when I was paying for it was I informed. It did not day anything in the fine print. The painting of the lattice took 2 extra hours therefore it cost me $200.00 in addition to the deal price of $150.00.

Description of Work: When the representative came to my door there was no greeting or introduction. I had to ask him if he wanted to see what would need to be worked on. The first thing he said was I needed all new windows. I told him I was not interested or ready for new windows. I just wanted to fix the wood rot around my window as a temporary fix until I was ready to purchase new windows later on in the future. He didn't appear to be knowledgeable of the work that needed to be performed. I tried to get a straight answer as to how long and what the projects scope of work would entail, however I couldn't seem to get a straight answer. I was under the impression that the purpose of the meeting was to let me know the materials required and to quote me a price on any labor over the 4 hours I paid for. I attempted several times to ask for information in which he had absolutely none to give. He had no customer communication skills and did not offer me a quote or breakdown on the work that I needed performed at any time during our meeting. I am frankly irritated that I took time off of work as I feel like this was a complete waste of my time.

Description of Work: Left a message last week and no one called me back. Called again this week spoke to owner asked he could send someone over to my house, he said first he wanted to know why I gave him a bad grade I tried to explain he had the wrong person but he asked me several times then transferred me to the receptionist to make appointment she said she would call right back she called two days later.

Description of Work: They pulled out wood rot and termite infested wood on my front exterior and replaced the rotten wood and re-stuccoed. They worked hard to get it done in 1 days as they knew it was going to rain the next day. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure all was going well. We were happy with what they did.
