Triny -who is in charge there-misprepresented herself. She sent me someone, and after I paid the fee, the person quit. Triny had said that I would get my money back, then after she received it, she said I could not get my money back. It was $1,800! She was very defensive and rude. She hung up on me. She was very unprofessional. This agency is a scam. Run, don't walk, from this agency. Terrible, terrible experience and now I am taking them to court.

I tried two different housekeepers and neither one worked out. Their knowledge of cleaning was spotty, and it was difficult to communicate with them in English. Even the fact that I could speak a little of their language didn't help.
Description of Work: General housecleaning: 2 bedrooms, 1 3/4 bathrooms, living room, dining room, hallway and family room -- approx. 1200 sq. ft.

IT IS GOOD. AS A COMPANY, THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT. IT IS AN AGENCY, SO THAT MEANS THAT THERE ARE DIFFERENT HOUSEKEEPERS THAT COME TO THE HOUSE EACH TIME.
