Description of Work: I have had a preventive maintenance contract for our HVAC with EJ for many years. They come out twice a year; each time they inspect all the heating and air conditioning equipment and change the filters. It is evident that they do a good job on that. I have also called them in for ad hoc emergency situations over the years for plumbing repairs, including on two occasions replacing water heaters. They also once replaced our furnace. Work was done on time and on budget.

+ -1 moreThey generally do what they say -- although, I've been on their AC/Heating subscription survive for at least 8 years, and they ALWAYS forget to bring an appropriately sized AC filter (ten though THEY were the ones who installed my AC system originally. By being on their service you get a discount on other services they provide -- the problem is their services are very expensive to start with so with the discount you still are paying top dollar.
Description of Work: I am on an annual AC/heater plan with them. I also tend to use them for other heating and plumbing services when needed

+ -1 moreWe are happy with them and feel that they are trustworthy because they have never pressured us into doing any extra work. This past visit the tech, Rihgo, suggested that we replace the emergency drain pain ($282.89) because it is rusting, but we haven't done so yet. We will probably go ahead with the job soon.
Description of Work: We have them come to our home twice a year to service our heating and air-conditioning system for the upcoming season. The $155 cost covers both visits. Up until now we have never had any work done because they have not found anything wrong. We just pay for the service call, they change the filter which we have purchased, and check that the system is in working order.
