I've his seen his work in another friend's home (the bathroom) and it was very well done and his brother works for him and both of them are very reliable. All three of them that I've chosen (for the estimate) are very good and John's one of them. Professionally, they do a fine job and they handle everything very well. John came out right away. He was here on time. He's definitely very professional.

+ -1 moreJohn was very professional, yet friendly. He set to work making the necessary measurements, returned with materials and special equipment to complete the required changes timely. We were very grateful John made himself so available to expedite the work so the tile contract could be completed on schedule and very happy with the workmanship.
Description of Work: We were having a kitchen floor done in tile when it became evident that my glass back door and the pocket door were a problem because of the increase in floor height, so John made himself available timely to get materials and make the two thresholds necessary to finish off the floor. Several days later it was discovered that the increased height in the floor also made a problem returning the refrigerator to the position under a built in cupboard. John returned and made the necessary adjustment to the cupboard at no extra charge.

+ 12 moreBoth jobs started and ended on time with workers present every day until the jobs were finished. Both jobs took about 5 weeks each. The crew is very trustworthy, friendly and responsive to concerns. They are willing to make some small adjustments without charge. Any requested work that requires an adjustment in cost is added to the contract. I initially used the company on the recommendation of a neighbor who had a master bedroom and bath added to her home. The contractor took me to that home and showed me the work and I was impressed with the quality, as I am with the work they have done for me.
Description of Work: Complete kitchen and laundry remodel with custom cabinets made by contractor. Plumbing and electrical brought up to code. New tile floor with some repair to subfloor, new recessed lights, solid counter top, tile backsplash and paint. The $34,000 does not include the cost of new appliances. After the job was completed and paid for I discovered two corner backsplash tiles that I was somewhat unhappy with and they came back and replaced them for no charge. (Three years ago the same company rebuilt a bedroom that a previous owner had replaced with a closet and large wet bar. The job included new hardwood flooring, cottage cheese ceiling removal, paneling removal, plaster and paint. A closet and ceiling fan were added in the bedroom space.)
