He is the best. I have had problems with my air conditioning in the past with other companies because I have a large house. I have two air condition zones. I had gotten three or four humongous estimates. I met Steve about 20 years ago. He told me there was nothing wrong with my air conditioner. He fixed it and it still works till this day. He is honest and reliable. Whatever he tells you, you can believe it. I have referred him to others who have all raved and reviewed about him.
Description of Work: He does maintenance on my heating and air conditioning and installed an upstairs unit. He has also repaired one. Cost is for recent maintenance.

It's been over one month. When I call, he assures me he'll be there, even mentions times--then NEVER SHOWS (and knows I can't turn cooler off because it won't start again.)
Description of Work: Service call --manually started evaporation cooler which had stopped. Said I needed new motor, and would install it within a few days.

THE CUSTOMER HAD A 15 YEAR OLD ROTTED EVAPORATOR COOLER ON ROOF OF HOME. SHE NEEDED A NEW UNIT. WE GOT IT TEMPORARILY GOING. SHE SAID THAT'S FINE, SHE NEVER SHUTS IT OFF. I SAID IT DID NOT WARRANT A MOTOR, BECAUSE THE UNIT WAS ONE BIG RUST BUCKET. SHE NEVER HAS HAD THE UNIT SERVICED. SHE WAITS UNTIL THE HEAT OF SUMMER IN JULY, AND WANTS A MIRACLE. WE'LL WE GAVE HER ONE, WE GOT IT GOING FOR THE TIME BEING. SHE SAID SHE WAS BROKE, SHE OWED IRS. SHE WAS SELLING THE HOUSE SOON. SO, I TOLD HER TO LET IT RUN AND NOT PUT MONEY IN A MOTOR, WHICH WAS A WASTE OF TIME. DID SHE NOT THINK IT WOULD EVER GET HOT IN LOS ANGELES? SHE WAITS UNTIL THE HOTTEST WEEK IN THE SUMMER WHEN A/C COMPANIES WERE PUTTING CUSTOMERS OFF FOR WEEKS. WE GAVE HER SAME DAY SERVICE, BUT SHE STRESSED SHE WAS FINANCIALLY STRESSED.
