+ 0 moreThe owner of the company Dalia is an excellent designer. She knows every little design tricks, very artistic, knows every city rules and is very hard working. She produces beautiful and detailed architectural plans and drawings, got approval from the city first time with no change necessary. She completed for us a very complex remodel plan, adding rooms to a second story house and a low profile roof deck. She got the city permit for us, helped the contractor throughout the remodeling process and provided many insights and advises. I am a very satisfied customer going through a major remodel in Pacific Palisades. I am so glad to have Dalia worked on our project ! You can look no further and will thank me on this one !
Description of Work: Completed a very complex remodel plan on a 2 story house in Pacific Palisades. Converting an attic / bedroom into multiple bedrooms, more living space and also adding a low profile roof deck. Dalia got the city permit for us and helped the contractor throughout the remodeling process.
