Paul returned my call promptly, and scheduled an appointment for the next day, as it wasn't an urgent matter. He called 30 mins before the appointment, to say he could come early if that was alright. He took great care to not create a mess when working. He took care of my issues promptly and professionally.

My drain is clear again and they were here for less than an hour. They were right on time. They left the work area very clean and had me check before the left. I am very pleased. They provided excellent service. I highly recommend Courteous Plumbing.

My garbage disposal was not working. I was told by another plumber that it was probably "dead" and I would have to replace it with a new one. This did not sound right to me because the disposal was less than 2 years old. I bought a new disposal anyway, just in case, but then called Courteous Plumbing. The owner called me right back and arranged an appointment time. The tech arrived on time and was great. He checked the disposal and cleaned out some debris. That was all it was! The disposal was not "dead," as the other plumbing company told me. It only took about 10 minutes, and just when he was finishing up, the boss called him. The tech described what he did and the boss said, "No charge," because it only took a few minutes. I could not believe it! Plenty of other companies would have said "oh, yeah it needs to be replaced," and charged for something that wasn't needed. Not Courteous Plumbing! It's nice to know that there is a company out there that you can trust, that won't lie to you, and try to gouge you for money. They are great and I will definitely use them in the future!

Paul responded to my call right away and we set a tentative time depending on when the toilet would be delivered from the warehouse. The delivery was delayed and Paul very "courteously" was very flexible and was able to come at a time convenient to me. I can truly say I have never met as courteous and efficient and knowledgeable a plumber as Paul and his assistants.

Max, Paul's assistant arrived first. Their business card depicts two shoes outside a door. Max removed his shoes before entering my condo and he and Paul did so every time they came and went. We had to identify the specific water shut off valves to my unit in the common garage and Max did so quickly and efficiently. . Before beginning work, Paul provided me with a complete detailed estimate. There was no charge for picking up and delivering the toilets I had purchased from a local plumbing supply company. The work was performed quickly and professionally and I was kept informed at every stage of the process. My condo was cleaner when Paul and Max left than it was before they arrived. I recommend this company without qualification
