C K Lock

Description of Work: I purchased a service call from Angie's that was supposed to cover $50 or $60 off. I specifically told the CK Lock, to go to my house and when they arrive to call me and charge me not my sister that was going to be home. The service provider never called me after telling me when he was going to arrive and charge my sister $120-125 stating the $50-60 was for the service call and the rest was for the actual work performed. I did not attempt to contact CK Lock directly. Lack of professionalism does not deserve a call from me. That why, I made my complaint directly with Angie's.

Description of Work: I contacted CK Lock when they had a special deal running on Angie's List. I had a very troublesome French doors door handle/lock that had been causing problems for years and often fell off. I was hoping that a quick repair would be covered by the "deal". Well, it cost a bit more, because it required more work than I had considered. It was still affordable and the CK Locksmith did a permanent repair and solved the problem completely. Worth every penny ... I mean, dollar! Very happy with their work.

Description of Work: They tried very hard to repair and rekey our old door lock but it was just too old to use any of the current locks. They then ordered and replced the whole door handle lock assembly.

Description of Work: CK Lock was very professional and ordered and installed a replacement bathroom door knob. There was some initial confusion as to the Schlage model which delayed the work but I wasn't in a hurry. He was a pleasure to have in my home.

Description of Work: Received e-mail regarding locksmith Big Deal. Purchase a coupon and contacted the provider, who told me how far he would have to travel and refused to do so. Contacted Angie's List and am now going through the refund process.

Description of Work: Was Locked out of my aparment and called ck locksmith. They dispached a locksmith within 30 minuteey managed to change my lock and even made a spare key for free. They were very courteous, puctual and reasonably priced. Will definately reccomend and use again.

Description of Work: They arrived a little late, but called ahead of time to let me know. I really appreciated them keeping me in the loop. Traffic in this area can bad, so it wasn’t surprising to me that they were affected by that. The work was done well, and I was satisfied with my experience.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal and had the locksmith come out to check a lock which, it turned out, was not broken. However, my front doorknob lock broke before the appointment took place. It was not repairable and the model was no longer manufactured (naturally), so I had it replaced with another. The new lock was re-keyed to match my other locks. Avi was very informative, explained all my options, and did the work well. There was a problem with the first appointment I made, but I was called within the time-window and we re-scheduled for the next day.
