Description of Work: The work was mainly done by workers, not Mr Owens himself as he claimed. However the workers were good at removing acoustic ceiling & paneling and the follow up painting. My main issue is that Mr Owens talks a lot about other customers, which is unprofessional. He also gave me a low estimate & blamed his workers when it was going to take much longer, though I feel they worked hard & his estimate was just too low. The work was good though.
