I'm so sorry that I didn't have any availabilities when you called, on 5/4/15 to go see you that same day. I told you I was going to call you the next day and that I would have a better idea on setting up an appointment to giving you a free in-home estimate to replace your a/c. I didn't have any cancellations from my previous customers that had called days before you. I am sorry, but I had appointments from my previous customers & I was booked solid and couldn't make it to you the same day. The next day, on 5/5/2015 I called you to set up the appointment for either on 5/6/2015 Wednesday, or Thursday, or Friday or Saturday, but you said, "that you weren't interested after all, since you wanted me to stop by the same day, on 5/4/2015." I apologize for the misunderstanding, but I couldn't cancel any appointments or cut them short due to the nature of the extensive repairs and installations. I am thorough and complete every job I am given in a good workmanship manner & I cannot perform less than that and for that I am so sorry you couldn't wait because I was worth the wait.
