They were on time, and courteous. The personnel answered all the questions and cleaned up after the job.

Pretty nice job done, on time, and they were knowledgeable.

We are happy with the new equipment. They moved the air return vent in living room and placed two air return vents in hall. The furnace was too noisy and they reworked to make it quieter at their expense. We had the gas company come out after installation and they fixed a gap that had not been sealed on the lower part of the furnace. The gas company employee also said that the filter at the bottom of the furnace was undersized, and when AZ came out to service the next time they put in the correct filter. We believe that the air conditioner that we bought is oversized for the square footage of our house, but the new unit has a variable speed control.

Matt came to the house for info/quote, scheduled installation. The crew for install was on time, worked constantly, no delays and completed on time.

The team of 5, headed by Marteen,arrived on time. I got out of the way and let them do their job. I was impressed at how neat they were, how they explained what they were doing, how the system worked and the care they took with the installation.

Protected all stairs with canvas. Installed new furnace with ducts, filters, and grills.

Good info from sales guy Matt Alba, and good communication. Removal and new installation was done on schedule. Professionally done and tested to my satisfaction.

The crew of three arriced on time and were exceptional, professional. The job took longer than expected because of tight spaces and the amount of work required but it was only a couple hours longer.

Wonderful job, the men showed up on time, were very clean, very helpful in explaining operation procedures. These men were quiet and effective, I would recommend them without reservation.

This is an outstanding company. They did an excellent job installing two a/c and heating units in my two story home. I took my time researching several companies. I picked AZ because they were honest with me. A refreshing change, for sure. David did an excellent job explaining the pros and cons of different units; he wasn't pushy, and he treated me the way I treat others I respect. When installation day came, a crew of eight men showed up at 8 o'clock sharp. They were incredibly competent, skilled and ready to install two complete systems in my house. Any question I had was answered immediately. They left my house as clean as they found it. David was there to help in any way he could. The installation passed easily with the State test, and a representative from AZ was here when the city showed up for its inspection, which we passed without incident. All in all, it was a VERY positive experience. I can't say enough good about the company, the people and the experience I had with AZ. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I got AZ through COSTCO. The installers were neat and professional, arrived on time and did a great job. The experience was what you hope for on a big project.

Was ON TIME, efficient, considerate, and thorough. Did exactly what they promised. Wrote up a list and cost estimate for recommended preventative and system preserving maintenance. No hard sells for any additional services. The technician even put covers on his shoes when he came into the house.

We got it through Costco and I wasn't pleased with the service at all. The owner was great, but, the supervisor wasn't so great. The supervisor tried to up sell us. We had to stop the guys a couple of times, because they were doing things they shouldn't have been doing. We just had a new air conditioning system put in. They are already asking us to let them do the maintenance service, but, they haven't completely completed this job. They were suppose to have came back and haven't. They didn't listen to the customer the first time and should have. They broke a tile and didn't follow up on that. They expected us to keep calling back, they should be following up and making sure everything is done. It just wasn't a good experience.

My air conditioning abruptly died after 20 years of service and it was time to replace the unit and all ducting. I called Alladin Air and got the diagnosis and an estimate for $15k. Decided to get other bids and found AZ Air Conditioning through Costco. They sales guy was prompt and got us a quote quickly. After 5 other quotes we went back to AZ and they lowered their price by about $1,000. They were the second lowest bid, but due to their professionalism and being back by Costco decided to go with them. They added intakes and replaced all of the vents.Installation: They were actually early and finished the install in one day...this was very important to me and they did what they said they did. The installers were also professional and made sure to clean up after the installation. Also went through the system and tested it to make sure it was going to meet my needs. Inspection: The sales guy says that he always recommends getting a city inspection and we took his advice - other bids did not include this. The first appointment with a duct inspector was scheduled and they actually send one of their installers in case there are issues. We did not pass the first time, but because their employee was here after about 2 hours it passed. Building and safety is scheduled for Monday and again they will have an employee here in case of issues. Final note: After the duct inspection the air conditioning compressor would not shut off. I suspect that the inspector had something to do with this as he began asking me where my breakers were during the inspection?!? Regardless, called the company on Friday morning and said that I couldn't take more time off work and they squeezed me in for Saturday afternoon. Again the employee was a few minutes early and spent the time to make sure that everything was checked thouroughly and found that the "mother board" had gone bad.He actually gave me his cellphone in case I had any issues (wish I could remember his name, excellent service). Replacement was ordered and replaced 3 days later...seriously, this time they were almost a half our early and waited for me! It was replaced and tested and no problems since. I love my new air conditioner...works far better than the original ever did!!!!

I have a yearly maintenance contract with these guys ($280.00 a year) to cover two central air conditioners. One serviceman came to inspect the systems and told me the "capacitor" on one of two units was bad. The service fee to fix it would be $350.00. He didn't have the part, but he would return in two days, that's the 8th. Another repairman returned on the 8th and replaced the capacitor. He also discovered two 50 amp fuses were out. (The question here is with the two fuses out there was no way to check the capacitor) He replaced them. He told me the service call to do this was $225.00. This is on top of the $350.00 for the capacitor and on top of the $280.00 preventive maintenance fee. I protested. He lowered the fuse service call to $150.00 and told me how lucky I was to get his boss to lower it. Later that day I learned the cost of the capacitor part is $30.00 (Grainger) and the cost of the two fuses is $20.00 (Loews). That's $50.00 in parts and they wanted to charge me $575.00 --- for a job that took 30 minutes.

They were on time. They did the job. The time they took was what they had quoted. The cleanup was right. The people were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. They live up to what they promise. I have had no problems. I would use them in the future.

Their prices were very reasonable. Their staff was quite courteous and efficient. Instead of lingering on the job they got right down to business. They took care of everything.

I had never used this company before. Their response time was very good. They were able to do the job right away. They were professional and knowledgeable. They had the job done in one day. When they installed the ductwork in the attic, they did stretch the phone line in the attic. As it was over the weekend, we were without a phone for 4 days. That is my only complaint over the whole deal. They did not even know they had done it.

The installation went well. We were concerned that a new vent pipe would be needed to run up the exterior wall of the house. However, AZ was able to install a very short section of PVC pipe for venting and an even smaller section of PVC pipe for condensation run-off. The original plan was to install a large concrete pad in the crawl space, but AZ assured us that the new unit we had chosen could be hung from the floor joints. Our concern was that it would transmit noise through the floor if installed that way. However, the unit is extremely quiet. Their suggestion to install the unit this way was the right decision.

After coming 5 times, they couldn't fix the problem and even messed up some additional wiring. Then they sent me a letter stating that after evaluating the entire system, it was installed incorrectly. They serviced my unit last year and didn't have a problem. They also attached a letter from a warranty person for the air filter as well saying that if the information was correct, it was installed incorrectly. Bottom line: it was working when they came and now it is not and it worked last year after they serviced the unit as well.

Had a water leak in a/c system. Tech came out and worked on it. Coil was clogged and leaking and had rusted the furnace below it. They were old anyhow and I was anticipating replacing them soon. He seemed honest, so I went with them and had the job done the next day. Installer and his helper were not of the same caliber as the original technician. The installer picked up one of MY tools (a screwdriver) and used it on the disassembly. When done, he put my screwdriver in his toolbox. If I had not called him on it, I'm sure he would have left with it. This gave me a bad feeling all around, and I felt compelled to watch them constantly the rest of the day. A while later, the installer tossed a heavy wrench to his helper. No big deal except that he threw it in my entryway, which is ceramic tile. Tile cracked. He offered to have a friend come out and fix, but I just wanted them GONE. Called to complain and still have not heard back 2 weeks later. New system does work, though.

Clean up was adequate, but not great. We have used this company in the past and always been satisfied. This time they also damaged some walls and didn't adequately repair.
