AZ Air Conditioning was operating through Costco which was offering a rebate on purchases of A/C and Heating units. John, the sales rep, came to the house and gave me estimates for the different size units. He was very thorough and easy to understand. I rarely commit to buying without several estimates, but felt totally confident that AZ/Costco was the way to go. The morning of the appointment they arrived on the dot and were very courteous and efficient. Romy gave me a lesson on the thermostat and thoroughly explained the different types of filters I should consider for my allergies. The rest of the team was Andreas and Oscar who were very polite and even lent a hand with a small job I happened to be doing near by. The system works great so far and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience I had with AZ Air Conditioning.

They showed up on time and got right to work the old unit was yanked off and the old mounting system (just welded L bars) was cut off and the roof prepped and the new commercial quality mount was set up. The crane was here so fast and the guys had done this enough that I almost missed it they did it so fast. They had 4 guys working so they where very fast, they started at 8am and were done completely by noon.

We had our yearly check-up on our units and found out we needed major repairs so decided to go ahead and replace both units. AZ was the company we went with for the job. They were very helpful in getting the quote to us quickly and explaining everything in detail, even came to our home on a Sunday. Once we decided to go with AZ, there were able to come back in 2 days to do the job. The installation went fairly smooth, there were a few hiccups that the crew quickly addressed/fixed. There was no additional charge for the fixes which was a nice surprise. Some of the other companies we got quotes from told us they would charge for the types of issues that came up. The crew arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves.

The company is very pleansant to work with and the crew was very friendly and professional. They did a super job and left the house in great shape.

I wasn’t too happy with it because they left the ducts leaking much worse than it had before they put it in. They wanted me to pay extra to get that fix. I think they wanted another $4000 to redo the ducts but they didn’t put them in right because it leaked much more. I got the unit through COSTCO, they were supposed to anything on the ducts that needed to be fixed, and they didn’t do that. I should probably call COSTCO and tell them about it. I ordered it with them and then they sent somebody out but the way it was worded in the contract with COSTCO, they would put it in and do whatever they needed to do for it to work right. The pricing was fair because I had other estimates that were close to theirs. They did some things that I don’t think was right. I told them about it right away. I even had the state come out and check the leakage on it and it passed the state and that is what I couldn’t understand why it would pass the state. They told me that the state is not very stringent on that. It was leaking much worse than what it had before they came.

The install started on time, and everything was covered with plastic. Workers were polite. Completed on time the same day. I could not have had a better experience. Willie as person in charge is excellent.

Ray Aldo came out, sat down, gave us the price, told us what would happen before we even walked through the house. He knows his what he is doing. I had gotten AZ on the Lennox website. It was a bonus and reassuring to know we could have the contract with Costco and also receive cash back and credits totaling approximately 2000 per system. We had to get two systems because it's a large house. They came and did the whole installation. It took them a little over four days to do it, but it's absolutely perfect. They are trustworthy and have very good judgment as to what works.

Greeted me at door by name. Rolled out floor covers to protect the floor. Cleaned up when they left. Polite, efficient, answered my questions.
