I purchased from them through Costco, very professional. They were on time, worked hard and fast. They completed everything in one day. They were extremely neat and left the house clean when they were done.

This is the company Costco chose to install my entire system. From the very start until they left they did a excellent job. Very hard workers. Showed me how the system worked and left instructions. Exceptional. It was a long day, but the guys put the effort in. Had some complex issues, VERY SMALL CRAWLSPACE, tight quarters for the machine. but these guys handled it like a pro. Ruben helped us out with a new thermostat, despite some holes in the wall. 46It was a long, exhausting day, but everything went well, thank god.

These guys were quick, clean and very professional.

I would highly recommend AZ Air. I work for a business whose air conditioning unit started releasing warm air instead of cold. We called AZ for a second opinion after a technician from a different company said he couldn't find anything wrong. Of course, that first technician only looked at the part of the unit that is on the roof and did not even glance at the part of the unit that is inside the shop. When the AZ technician, Michael, arrived, he looked at both the rooftop unit and indoor unit, and took pictures of what he saw so he could show me just how coated in dust and mold all of the parts were. I really appreciated that he took pictures and was so thorough in showing and explaining his diagnosis. Since he needed a second technician in order to complete the cleaning and replacement, he came back the following day with help. Since they cleaned everything out, the unit has been working well. On top of that, I was very happy with the professionalism shown. Michael was very nice and patient with my questions, and he and the other technician worked hard and did a great job. Plus, someone in the office called us prior to our first appointment to let us know that Michael was in the area and would likely be arriving a little earlier than the 1pm - 5pm window that was given to us. Such communication is so, so appreciated. It's a small gesture that means a lot and that is sadly lacking in most customer service. The next time we have issues with our AC unit I will definitely be called AZ. Thank you so much.

They were excellent! They were very professional, they showed up on time, they were clean, and efficient. The price was good.

In tine 8 AM, out time 3 PM. Installed a/c unit and compressor.

Very good. Very responsive. Came out right away, people are very nice. Still doing work with them. Did what they said they were going to. Came out when they said were going to come out there.

They are very efficient. They come when they say they're gonna come. They do what they say they're gonna do. They're in and out quickly. They answer your questions and ask if you have questions. In other words, there's no problem. As for the price, they're not cheap. As for punctuality, they are okay.

The technician arrived extremely late. He proceeded to examine the leaky furnace and came to the conclusion that the heat exchanger was leaking and that I absolutely needed a new Lennox furnace. He was not able to determine the brand, nor age of my appliance, and didn't bother to find out wether it was still under warranty. He wrote me an estimate including three different Lennox models (which his company deals) of 5,250 dlls, 5,750 dlls, and 6,350 dlls. He charged me 99 dlls just for the estimate. I had another company give me an estimate, just in case. They diagnosed correctly, the water reservoir was cracked and leaking, and needed to be replaced. There was no need to purchase a brand new furnace. And since the furnace was still under warranty, they would only charge 260 dlls for labor! The furnace is running perfectly. I don't know if the technician was tired, or having a rough day, and he may be a misrepresentation of this company, but this is my experience with AZ Air conditioning. I would NOT recommend them.

I had a problem with scheduling the date for the installation, but once they arrived and started the work, everything went well. They arrived promptly, finished within the expected time and explained everything. They were very polite and professional, cleaned up after work.

I had this company 15 years ago so I called again & received excellent customer service & spoke directly to owner.

The technician knew immediately that the issue was caused by a faulty circuit breaker. He purchased the parts and fixed the circuit breaker. I had a different service provider come look several weeks earlier (when it was the heater, not A/C, that didn't work), and that technician didn't think to look past the HVAC unit itself. I highly praise AZ for thinking outside the box, and performing a repair that normally resides outside the parameters of knowledge and responsibility of an HVAC company. He went to Home Depot, bought the part, and replaced it. My unit works perfectly now.

My roofer caused my A/C unit to stop working when they lifted it to shingle under it. AZ Air Conditioning & Heating came out within the timeframe specified and quickly fixed the issue. I thought the price was steep for the work performed; but, I would hire them again. The technician, Jessie, was friendly.
