Description of Work: I used AZ Air Conditioning and Heating for a six month check up.

Description of Work: replaced furnace and air conditioning plus replaced all duct work in one very busy day. They were a subcontractor so I don't know what they charged.

Description of Work: Very professional and upfront. Did everything they said they would. Just waiting on final inspection - but system working well so far.

Description of Work: This is the company that Costco refers customers to. Their bid was competitive, though not the lowest. The explanation was very thorough. The work was expected to take 2 to 2 1/2 days, but the crew finished in one day. They were neat, and the team was well coordinated. When some unexpected situations arose, I was informed, told what the work would entail and asked if they could proceed. I had complete confidence in their ability to do the work properly.

Description of Work: I'll come back to provide more details when I can, but I did not have a good experience with this vendor. They came highly referred to me and we spent over $5000 with them in 2012 on a new a/c unit that they recommended after my home warranty company refused to replace our older unit. | |I would expect for that price on a unit for a very small apartment that we would have no issues whatsoever after that, but this began a myriad of problems that then led to them saying we needed to replace the heat a year later when more issues arose. I believe we legitimately needed new AC, but can't say regarding the heat, but felt a little duped into spending another $3K+ with them. | |Communication was poor. The owner would never return our calls. We did not know if he was even getting most of the messages. Overall we wanted to work with them and tried repeatedly to get things resolved. | |One example, turns out they had made a mistake with the installation of the new wall thermostat and they had to send someone out to fix it. It took forever and when they technician came, he didn't know how to do it and spent 90 minutes on the phone and on my tenant's laptop using google to look up information to help him. | |I could really go on and on. Between summer 2012 and 2013 we spent over $8K with this company and don't feel the service and professionalism matched the price. As a landlord, it's hard to rely on the information you're being given by someone, who seems to only be pushing the most expensive products at you.

Description of Work: Did full installation of central air and heating including removing the old floor furnace, installing a furnace/ductwork in the attic, put the AC unit on the roof, installed a thermostat, etc. The team was prompt, professional and patiently explained how to use everything. | |Many other bids I got were higher and were estimated to take 3-5 days. AZ (Costco) were able to do it all in one day and it went great!! I'm so happy I went with them!!

I looked them on you Angie's and felt good that both companies have activities with them_x000D_|_x000D_|Met with person and went over the scop of work with him Was very pleasent to deal with. After 1 1/2 weeks with NO communications, I call him directly and left a phone message. No replay, No communications, NO quote._x000D_|_x000D_|NO business..............

Description of Work: WE NEEDED TO FIX OUR HEATER FOR THE WINTER. HEAT COULDN'T COME OUT SO WE CALLED HIM.

Description of Work: THE AIR CONDITIONING AT OUR HOUSE WAS BROKEN, I GUESS THERE WAS TOO MUCH DUST IN IT, BUT THEY FIXED IT, AND AIRED IT OUT.
