replacement windows
+ -1 moreHe failed to show up at the appointed time. We called him, he promised to complete the installation. This happened several times. We decided to just get our deposit refunded and move on. He agreed to this, but failed to remit payment. We called several times, he eventually quit answering the phone. We sent a certified letter, which he refused. This guy is obviously a crook.
Description of Work: We contracted with him to install a sliding glass, patio door. We paid him a 50% deposit, which was $750, and set a date for installation.
