Juan was very professional and responsive. He got back to me right away and accommodated my schedule for an estimate. He sent me a quote promptly and explained what could and couldn’t be done and why. On installation day, his crew was very professional, following the HOA rules and keeping the common areas very clean (and ensuring no neighbors complained). The work turned out looking great, I’m really impressed with their work ethic, workmanship, and responsiveness. Highly recommend!

I’m so fortunate that I contacted Juan with Always Improve Flooring. He fixed my new floors, and made them perfect and new again. I wish I had his company install my floors to begin with. Team was quick, professional and precise when repairing original 1911 hardwood floors after rug tape had caused much of an old rug to adhere to the flooring. I would recommend this team again!

I found Always improve flooring on Angi and am more than happy to add another 5star review. We wanted all our solid oak floors refinished and then have new oak floors added in two new additional rooms that were built. This required matching and blending in new wood with 40 year old wood in places. In stark contrast to the general contractor we hired, Juan was very courteous, professional and genuinely took pride in his work. He and his team worked very fast to finish everything in just a few days. He was proactive and checked in with me with any questions he had. I couldn't be happier with the new flooring.

Juan was great and very knowledgeable. We contacted Juan for an estimate to repair parts of a recently installed whole house vinyl floor (planks). Juan responded immediately our contact via Angie's List. Juan was at our home within 24 hours as promised. Juan reviewed our needs and inspected the floor. He provided 2 estimates which were VERY competitive and included material. Unfortunately we were unable to hire Juan because of some money constraints on our end. But Juan's communication and experience with flooring was a definite eyeopener. I would hire Juan with confidence and without hesitation. He will definitely have my business in the future!

The installers were on time, and they did a great job with disassembling the laminate flooring and replacing the damaged boards. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves, and I would definitely refer their services to anyone in need.
