All around Painting Co.

Unbelievably unreliable and unprofessional. Was referred to this company by my management company... the Owner was unwilling to even discuss the work until I 'guaranteed' I'd be using him without a quote. Every painting co. I've ever worked with has been able to come out, take a look at the actual job, give an estimate, and honrably follow up with a written estimate. When I asked when might they be available and how long estimates tend to take, the Owner demanded to know 'how big a job are we talking'...? I described it and he said, 'Well, I don't know, sounds like I should charge you for the estimate..." --?? I responded he'd come recommended from the building, and that I was on the HOA and we've never once ever been charged for a Painting Co. to at least review the work -- he said, 'You know what I'm very busy, I'm not interested..." ! How this company is on Angie's List is beyond us but - go with folk who are gracious and 'get' loyalty and good customer service - this was almost a SNL skit how badly this Owner handled our Buessines. Needless to say we will not be working with them again - not one Owner in our building.
