 + -1 moreNever used them before but glad I did. I called this am and they were already in the palisades so Carl the owner said they would come by when done with the 1st job. Got here on time and went to work. Difficult job because hedges block access to the windows but these windows have NEVER looked this good. Carl and his partner were great, professional and quick. I liked their work so much I didn't even use my angies coupon--will use it later in the year when I have them back to hit all the windows in the house. Could not be happier with the throughness and perfection of the job. Carl has a new lifetime customer.

 + -1 moreBoth the provider and his assistant were very professional, courteous and considerate during the process. They did a very good job with my windows. They spent 3 & 1/2 hours doing the job. I do have to wonder if $350, which breaks down to $100.00 per hour, is truly a fair or standard price for this job.
Description of Work: Arrived on time. Cleaned windows of my two story home inside and out plus all screens. Attention to detail and went over some windows with stubborn spots.

 + -1 moreI phoned the company and spoke directly with Carl. He was very professional. I described the condition of my windows which were very dirty. I have always had a problem cleaning the windows because the screens are hard to remove. He assured me he could take care of the problems. We set up a time for the service which was in the afternoon. The morning of the appointment, he phoned me to say that his morning appointment had cancelled, and he was available immediately. I was grateful because my sliding doors face west, and I was concerned about streaks from the sun. Carl and his helper worked quickly and well. They were able to remove sticky residue left from labels that had been on the windows for a long time. They even washed my garage door windows which I was not expecting. I did give them an "A" for quality because my windows were very dirty. However, after they left, I discovered that the tracks on some of my sliding doors and windows had not been cleaned. I had assumed that the tracks were part of the windows, but that probably was my own "thing." I would definitely use them again, but I would be sure to ask about all I wanted done and not rely on my own assumptions. Thank you.

I called the owner, he gave me an approximate cost and we set a date. The gentleman sent out was Pablo, who did a fantastic job. He took his time, made the windows look like new, and was on his way.  + 0 moreThey called to let me know that they were running a few minutes late; I appreciated the call. They were here last year and did a great job, and I can say the same for this year. They work quickly and efficiently. The house looks different and clean after being pressure washed. The windows are sparkling. The price was very good. I am pleased.
Description of Work: Washed the windows inside and out, including two out buildings. Pressure washed the outside of the house. Clearing all of the dust, dirt, spider webs etc.

 + -1 moreOn the day of our scheduled appointment, I stayed home from work. However, Carl never showed up to perform the service, nor did I ever receive a call or followup from him. I am frankly puzzled given the many positive reviews of this company but I don't think they can be trusted to be reliable.
Description of Work: I contacted Carl about washing 24 windows at a hillside home. We was courteous on the phone and we arranged to have the work done at 9:30 on Sept 9th.

 + -1 moreFrom my first contact with the owner, Carl Marrelli, I was very impressed with his professionalism and interest in me, the customer. His men, Juan and Pablo, showed up when I was told they would and they were total gentlemen, and very professional in their work. Mr. Marrelli was in contact with me to verify when they would arrive and even called to let me know the workers would be earlier than expected. They went right to work and did what I consider to be an exceptional job. My windows, unfortunately, had not been cleaned for quite a period of time, so I was more than pleased when I saw how good they looked, inside and out. They also cleaned my two skylights. Juan and Pablo were very thorough. I spoke to Mr. Marrelli and told him how impressed I was with his workers and that I would like to have them come back in six months to clean my windows and screens. When I went to my weekly meeting with several friends and remarked how impressed I was with the job All American Window Cleaning had done, three of the women asked for the telephone number of the company.
Description of Work: Washed all windows, inside and out. Cleaned all screens. Cleaned two skylights. Cleaned gutter in back of hosue.

 + -1 moreOn Thursday morning, they were a no show. No courtesy call. No indication they would be late. At 9:30 I called and a left a message. The original appointment time of 2:00 p.m. came and went. Still, no window cleaner. No call. I spent hours trying find other window washers who could fit us in on short notice. No luck. That evening and the next day All American finally did call trying to reschedule after the fact. But at that point, the pictures had already been taken and the open house had been held... all with my lovely, dirty windows. We were left hanging, and since we've sold the house, dirty windows and all, we no longer need their service. If they couldn't move the appointment time, they should have said so. The lack of professionalism they showed by simply not turning up for the scheudled appointment is inexcusable.
Description of Work: This is nothing more infuriating than a service provider who schedules an appointment and then fails to come when scheduled. I contacted All American after reading the glowing reviews here. I schedule an appontment at 2:00 p.m. on a Thursday and let them know I needed windows cleaned before a Friday open house. Then my broker asked if I could move the appointment up to the morning so they could have the windows done before taking pictures of the home. I called and asked, but noted that if that was too difficult I could still keep my original appointment time. No problem, I was told, they would be here at 9:00 a.m. in the morning to help me out. Great!

Description of Work: After review Angie's List of Reviews from other customers, I decided to contact All American Window Cleaning. I had a brief but informative conversation with the owner, Carl. He asked me the size of my mom's home and an approximate number of windows. I gave him a number and he then asked what type of windows were they. I told him all the windows had mullions which are similar to french doors. He said the price would be between $140.00 to $165.00, but he thought based on what I told him it would probably be $140.00. We set up a date. A week or so later, Carl called me to ask if he could re-schedule due to the unexpected rain. He apologized and I told him this was not a problem as things come up. So we re-schedule for March 24th between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. Carl told me this would take approximate 2-3 hours. One of Carl's employees, Pablo, showed up on time and we went through the house. He said he didn't realize that the windows were more like french windows, meaning they would take a lot more time. He asked me if I had told Carl that all the windows had mullions, and I told him yes. With that he said that the price would not be more than $144.00 which was the lower price quoted. Pablo did an excellent job, moved all the necessary furniture and returned all to its proper place. The actual job took over 4 hours which was longer than the time Carl quoted, however, I understood the cause was the windows having mullions. Carl called me the next morning to ask if I was satisfied with the work performed and I told him I was and that Pablo was wonderful. Actually, this is the first time I have used Angie's list. And this experience will certainly make utilize this service for other things that we might need.

Description of Work: All American arrived this morning (right on time, after calling first to let us know they were on their way, always appreciated) and they just left, and I wanted to write our review ASAP because we were very impressed with their service. We have a large floor to ceiling picture window, plus a number of smaller windows throughout the house, and they did excellent, meticulous work, and were careful to show us, after they finished, everything they'd done. Insofar as the floor to ceiling window was tinted, they explained why they couldn't clean a particular smudge or two without damaging the tint, something that hadn't been made clear to us in the past. They were very careful, both indoors and out (we had to move a fair amount of furniture, which they helped us with), and we'd certainly be delighted to hire them again.

 + 0 moreIt was more than I wanted to spend, but they did a great job. He even called later that day to make sure in the afternoon sun, there was no streaking on the west facing windows. My 1936 house feels bigger and new!! Will use them again in the future.
