The company had given me an estimate over the phone and when the owner arrived, he realized he had underestimated the price. However, we did agree on a fair price for the work relative to his estimate. The workmanship was excellent, and the owner was very anxious to make sure the work met our standards. He even did a garage window that had not been included in either estimate!

All I can say is a "job well done"!

Carl & helper arrived exactly on time. He was quite helpful in that because he could not clean a garden window (NOT his fault) he cleaned 3 large mirrors instead for the same price. Overall, he did exactly what was expected and in a professional manner.

I wanted the exteriors of the windows cleaned. He gave me an estimate on site, did the work, cleaned a few inside just to make sure everything looked good. I would hire him again.

My experience with All American Window Cleaning was excellent. Within 24 hours of my initial inquiry, I received both a phone call and email from the company. I needed the job done by a specific date, and the company was very accommodating. Two people arrived at exactly the time scheduled. The work was done efficiently and the result was excellent. Carl was very thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Our house was built in 1940 and some of the windows are from that era. The windows had not been cleaned for several years. All American Window Cleaning crew did an amazing job. They were very pleasant and worked quickly. I would have them come back again.

They arrived before the actual appointment time and worked quickly and professionally. They kept me informed about anything unusual and made sure that I was completely happy before leaving. Love the clarity looking out my windows now.

He gave us an estimate and we agreed to it but then he came back a little while later and said that he made a mistake and forgot to give us a discount because we were Angie’s List members. I had agreed to the original price, but he came back and knocked off $50-40 off. He said since he was here they were some places on my eaves and gutters that could use it too, he gave it a go. I liked that guy personally and I think he did a nice job. I was happy with the price and he came back and gave me $50. He was having a hard time with one place and he asked if he could come back and have a go at it again. He came back a few days later to redo it. He showed up when he said he would.

They're very punctual. They had good value for their work. They did work beyond the scope of the original quoted work. They were very professional and eager to please.

When I called to make an appointment and get an estimate, Carl was very pleasant and accomodated the date I needed. He showed up on time, reviewed our estimate before working and adjusted it according to what the actuality of the job was. He worked incredibly hard for more hours than either of us anticipated and did a fantastic job. He communicated with me throughout the day if there was anything he couldn't clean perfectly and the reason why - or when he had questions. I really appreciated the very thorough and careful job he did and will definitely use him again.

They were very good. I thought the price was reasonable. They were here when they said they would be. They were clean and neat. When I saw something I didn't like, he went back and did it again.

All American Window Cleaning did an excellent job of cleaning all of the rain gutters on our home.

Everything went smoothly. The company gave me an estimated arrival time of 8:00 a.m. and the worker arrived at 7:50, but waitied in his truck untill 8:00, so that he was precisely on time. He asked where I wanted him to start and which direction around the house I would like him to work. Since I had a handyman doing some other work inside the house at the same time, I appreciated the window washer's flexibility in accomodating the other work that was going on. This is an excellent company and definitely recommend them!

Wonderful from binging of the job to the end.

They did a fine job. I had them come out because there is a second storey window that I cannot reach to clean from the outside. It was a foolish expense. I was satisfied with them but I haven't used them again because it's too expensive. I don't have a house; I just have a condo with a couple of windows. Their service was fine, they came, when they said they would and did a good job at what they did. What they did for me was expensive and I don't know what they do for their minimum charge, but it was expensive for the five or six windows I had.

I found them to be excellent in every way. They were courteous, respectful, and very fair in their price. They gave their quote and then stood by their word. They provided an excellent service to me and top-notch quality and I will be using them again in the future.

Not very well. Carl washed the windows well, but neglected the window sills, panes, and metal fasteners, etc., which he said was to be included in the work. He did not have to wash the screens. He and his assistant were done in only two hours. I felt he was in a rush and in a hurry to get done, rather than be thorough. After I inspected the work and pointed out all the dirt in the sills, panes, and fasteners he said he would clean them. I paid him and returned later. He neglected to clean the metal fasteners. He also kept saying "that will cost you more" which I found irritating.

CARL WAS GREAT. HE WAS THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. WE DISCOVERED THE ACTUAL COLOR OF THE BUILDING NEXT TO US. WE NEVER THOUGHT THE windows WERE THAT BAD. THE WINDOWS are now IMMACULATE.

THEY DO VERY NICE WORK. DEPENDABLE, PROMPT AND GOOD QUALITY. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW. MAKE SURE YOU TRY AND SCHEDULE THEM AFTER RAINY SEASON!

THEY ARE A RESPONSIBLE, PERSONABLE COMPANY. THEY ARE A PUNCTUAL COMPANY, AND THE WORKERS ARE EASY TO GET ALONG WITH. HE DOES REALLY GOOD WORK.
