Description of Work: They came out for general maintenance on my air conditioner. They come out twice a year for preventative maintenance or they will come out more if I need repairs.

+ -1 moreDetailed Estimate. Excellent work ethic by all workers. Showed up on time. Cleaned up afterwards. Completed the job as discussed. Went over everything with me afterwards to insure I understood how the system operated and all the tiny things that can some times be overlooked.
Description of Work: Gabriel installed two separate Heating / AC units for me -- upstairs and downstairs in my home. I needed the house zoned and with separate units. He accomplished that and did a spectacular job. Very reasonably priced and great work. I am only now putting this review in because I did not know about Angie's List when the work was done. But his work held up beautifully and I have never had any problems with the system. Works amazing in summer and winter.

+ -1 moreWhile my furnace is working I thought the job was overpriced and delayed in completion. Moreover, poor attention to details left a critical control wire for my A/C unconnected causing additional work and inconvenience for me.
Description of Work: In October 2006 the company replaced a limit and blower switch on my forced air furnace. Service required 3 visits due to wrong part ordered/ received. During the repair the tech disconnected a remote control wire to my A/C which I did not discover until the unit failed to power up during our recent heat wave. It required several hours of testing to locate and fix the problem.

+ -1 moreA tech from Air Flow came out and inspected the unit. He found it was low on freon. He said that air conditioners can get slow leaks. He filled it with freon and now it's cooling great. Hopefully, it is just a slow leak and we can have them come out in another five years and fill it up again. The tech was pleasant.
Description of Work: Our air conditioner quit cooling in the middle of a heat wave. Air flow came out the next day and found freon needed to be added to the unit. Now it works great.

+ -1 moreI really like everyone who helped to get our new furnace and air conditioner installed. They got both units in on the same day and we were able to use everything that evening. Our furnace and air conditioner work really well and have had no problems or anything. The only thing we have had to do is the yearly checks on the system.

+ -1 moreThey were very knowledgeable regarding air flow dynamics in the house. Very clear in explaining requirements for a balanced system. Each room has it's own thermostat and humidity control.
Description of Work: They installed a 90% efficiency furnace and an 18 seer a/c. Also added an air filtration system and humidifier with a zoned system.
