It only took one day. |The man that sold me the service came by a couple of times during the day. He has, also, checked back to make sure all is still in tip top running order. Thank you

Description of Work: Replaced one of the parts of my HVAC to start running again. Hard sell on the membership, which made me sign up. However, after few months, I tried obtaining a second opinion from another professional company to find out that my refrigerant may be low (possibly a leak) since my AC is not cooling down fast enough. Note that my HVAC System has 13 SEER and manufactured 2005. When AG Heating and Cooling came to fix my AC, they negligently forgot to check if my refrigerant is good. I HAD to find out from another company. It was disappointing since I just signed up for membership with AG Heating & Cooling, which I'm now considering of canceling. I tried calling to have them come and service my system again but this time to check the refrigerant. Unfortunately they can't work with my schedule. Another disappointment - you would think that after the oversight they did, they'd be more understanding but I guess business first before customers.

Description of Work: I used AG Heating & Air Conditioning. They did a few different things like they had to clean the fan and stuffs like that.

Description of Work: Installed New Lennox 95% High Efficiency furnace inside our 1960's built home, with no attic, and no closet for an air handling unit. Other companies said this was not possible; yet this company's work passed California State Inspection with a compliment from the inspector stating that we have a 59 degree change in temperature from where the cold air is taken in, heated, and then blown out of the vent furthest from the heating unit. The team that came out to our home (Kieffer Residence, Thousand Oaks) was excellent. Covered all of our new appliances, leather furniture, and electronics with plastic taking care to use painter's tape to ensure they did not damage anything or leave behind that sticky residue other tapes have. Laid down canvas fabric covering all of our bright cream colored carpet and stone flooring; ensuring their workers did not dirty our floors any more than absolutely necessary for this install. Their 'foreman' did a quick walk through just to make sure he understood the paperwork outlining where we wanted the vents, thermostats, and the actual heating unit and ducting installed. (Did this while other workers covered everything.) Then they neatly ran many feet of heavy insulated ducting under our house (no attic space, only crawl space under home), following our request that they make sure all plumbing, gas, and sewage lines are not covered in case we need to have repairs or additions at a later date. They had an electrician stop by for an hour to run a dedicated electrical circuit from the electrical panel under the home, and then he installed an electrical outlet only 2 inches from the unit (no cord hanging from the wall, very clean work. The electrician was even pleasant when I asked him to go out of his way and remove the electrical plug he installed because it was off-white in color, and our home has all bright white. I supplied him the plug I wanted and he happily switched it out before I could even notice it was being done! I should also mention the electrical plug/unit normally gets installed in a closet where it would be a non-issue, we had a special circumstance because of this home's design that our furnace is displayed openly in our laundry room, so a clean appearance was important and they understood that. The floor vent installer did a very impressive job at covering himself in a plastic bubble while he used a saw to cut through the stone floors we have. Dust would have went everywhere, but not the way he did it. I was impressed because no other contractor that worked on our home thought this far ahead about the clean up at the end.

Description of Work: Installed an HVAC system with all the necessary plumbing and electrical - a complete turn-key system. The old system was in the bsement - the new one is in the attic with the condenser on the roof.

Description of Work: AG Heat and Air installed a central heat and AC unit in our old house that had had only a 'swamp' cooler and wall and floor heaters. The sales rep answered all our questions, was informative and accommodating of our request for some customization. He gave us an estimate and offered a good interest rate for financing. The workers showed up on time and completed the work as advertised, in two days. They installed a condenser unit outside, a very large heat and fan unit in our attic, new ducting to each room with an existing vent, added a duct and vent into the bathroom, and installed a duct over the roof in the back of the house to bring a vent to a room addition with no attic. They put in an attic fan where the old cooler was on the roof, and patched the roof. The installation is neat and professional. Everything was cleaned up, all the old ducting and cooler and heaters were removed and disposed of. The workers were polite, and careful of the rest of the house. Within the week a company tech arrived to assess the system and he accompanied the city inspector.
