They were a little late but did inspect the unit for issues and then explained it all with movies he had taken. Unfortunately he didn't find any problems.

The technician came within the time agreed. They troubleshooted the issue and corrected it. They recommend replacing a worn motor but I declined as it was too expensive.

I scheduled an appointment with A1R scheduled to fix my Central air. Scheduled between 1-3. 3:30 came around no show. Called the office and no one picked up. When I finally got someone on the phone they couldn't even figure out if someone was coming and I had a confirmation of my appointment. I was told they would call me back to see if someone is coming. No one called back or showed up. Horrible service and took a day off work to have them come.

I wanted a general cleaning and maintenance on my AC system instead of waiting for the middle of summer. The gal on the phone told me we could get it done for free because of the partnership with the LADWP Optimization program. Sounded good to me! Juan and Pedro came out. Spent over an hour cleaning the A/C and explained things to me along the way. They were diligent and thorough. AND they installed for free a new NEST Thermostat and set it up (part of the LADWP program). Also I love that they sent me an email and text notification of Juan's picture and that Juan was on his way and that I could track in real time how far away he was so I knew when to simply walk outside and greet him. I'm going to be having Juan come back out and service my refrigerator which is kind of wonky and making weird sounds. I'm very pleased overall. I highly recommend. . . . 10-2-2020 I will add to the above . . .I had another wonderful experience with this company. This week I had them install a whole new system. My wife and I were very pleased with the whole experience. Jose and Bismark and one other fella spent a long day on a very hot day installing our system. They were nothing but professional, courteous, and conscientious about their work. They made sure we understood what they were doing and why. They were very careful about covering our floors and stairs so as not to leave dirt or damage anything and were very good about thoroughly cleaning up afterward. They also were always on time and always wore a mask. I know from whence I speak; this summer I had laminate floors installed, new attic insulation, backyard  landscaped with artificial grass and I had problems with all of these contractors in one way or another (punctuality, masks, cleanliness, quality work, etc.) So, it was a breath of fresh COLD air with Jose's crew. And, lastly, I'll add that I had called out five different A/C companies to give me a quote. A1rKare had the most competitive price. That was another big plus! I would not hesitate calling them.

Pretty expensive for just changing a capacitor. Capacitors do not cost that much.

Did not itemize cost of replacement part separately on bill or cost of repair by the hour, but simply gave a lump sum cost for bill. Asked for a $100 deposit. Offered a senior discount that was not given. Arrived on time, documented repairman identity and billing by email. Our furnace is old. . It took two technicians to accomplish the job. They spent five hours on the repair, The price seemed high, but we had no basis of comparison.

The guy was great. He did the work and got my heater working well. He was supposed to email me the statement for the work he did and what I paid for but he has yet to send it to me. Still waiting.

They were very prompt and had my heater working within a few hours. My system is very old and I knew it was having trouble, but it had just quit that day and it was very cold. Appreciate the prompt service.

My experience was for repairs to an old Floor Furnace. There aren't a lot of Heating & A/C companies that work on these. A1R Kare Pros is an exception. They are very reliable. Service Tech Jose Patazca was right on time and provided excellent service. Highly recommend them.

Service was done quickly and without hassle. Price seemed a little steep but I have no knowledge of fixing furnaces.
