Do not use this company. They cannot not be trusted. I had an appointment today and they never showed up. I received multiple emails and text messages confirming the appointment. When I called to ask why they didn't show, they said they thought it was next week. They said they couldn't track down who made the appointment. If they couldn't even keep an appointment, how can you trust their work? What really happened is that they couldn't come or forgot the appointment and then they made up a phony excuse. This company is a complete joke. Irresponsible and probably does lousy work.

Horrible group. Will write a review on Yelp and other sites. Estimate and diagnosis was okay. A1R then quoted a higher price than others and when asked to do the job would NEVER call back for next steps. I went to another much Better group and got superior customer service and had my AC unit working in no time. Would Never recommend A1R

This company was never clear on the work/service they were providing. The service man was never clear on the issue with the AC. I asked how much do you think I will be charged, and he answered **about $285**, but I need to check with the boss. While he was still evasive on the work. But he went on to ask if I wanted free service of cleaning, maintenance and a **Nest** Will you want this, you do not have to accept but it is better so you can get free cleaning and free thermostat. How much am I being charged I asked, he said $485 . I told him it was my fathers house, and he cannot afford that. He called his boss and they said $365. He proceeded to change the capacitor, which took him 10 minutes. After that he proceeded to give me the maintenance provided by LADWP. He was never clear on what he was doing for $365. And when he left he said, my company will give you an invoice for the work via the manner they contacted you. So I figured I would get a text? I called the company to ask for an invoice and left the voicemail. I never received a call back. I called two days later, and they emailed me an invoice which stated the capacitor was $365. I know they do not cost $365 and I know the company charged LADWP for most of the work the service man performed. I am very disappointed that I was scammed.

We had a pesky roof leak associated with our HVAC package unit, which multiple other contractors sent by our useless home warranty company were unable to fix. Juan and his assistant diagnosed the problem, and even came back a second time (at no extra charge) at night in the rain to make sure that the leak was completely sealed. Their scheduling and overall communication were excellent, and they always texted before arriving. Definitely recommend!
