They arrived early and not only the worker came but a little while later his supervisor came. Good job.

Now trust it's hot I'm using my AC and the cool air is not being emitted very well. I paid a fortune for my system to be up and running for summer and it's not working efficiently. Very disappointed.

My AC only needs a different type of filter. and did not even change the filter ,I have to do it and charge $185.00 to check they it will cost $75

A part called a "capacitor" for my air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. When I googled the part on Amazon I discovered it cost approximately $15.00. I was quoted a price of $498.00 to replace the part. When I called it to their attention that I knew how much the part cost and refused to pay the requested amount, they lowered the price to $175.00 as the total cost for replacing the part. I paid it and had the capacitor replaced.

My AC broke in the middle of a terrible heatwave. I contacted the company at 7PM on a Monday night, and they came out the next afternoon. The tech spent less than an hour, identified the problem (we needed a new capacitor), had the part in his truck, and repaired the AC. So far, so good. The problem came when he gave us the invoice. The total charge was $425, but it did not break out labor and part costs. We asked the tech to do so, but he said he couldn't, and we could only get that information thru their office. Four phone calls and several emails and days later, we finally got a break down, which revealed that they had charged us $242 for less than an hour of labor. We felt this was very high for one hour of labor. We've since found out that all HVAC companies price their work by a charge sheet, and the time they spend doing your job is not related to what they charge for the labor. They charge the same flat rate whether they fix your problem in one hour or have to come back for two more days! We eventually spoke to the owner about our concerns, and he was considerate and sent us a refund of part of the cost of the labor. So, even though we were upset to begin with, the company did the right thing, and we would hire them again. They do good work, and obviously care about their customer relationships.

I really liked the fact that the service fee was applied to the entire bill. They were able to accommodate us on the same day, came earlier due to cancellation.
