They picked up our items on May 22nd 2017, we called for delivery on May 28th. At that point they have 21 days to deliver the items per the contract. We called and was told they would be delivered the week of the first of July, never showed up for delivery, then it was the second week, still no delivery. When asked why they gave us that date we were told we kept on calling so they just gave us a date). After numerous calls and text's, most of which went unanswered and after the pictures of damaged items on Yelp appeared we became even more concerned about our items, we told them we had had enough. They did not call back, we requested pictures of our items, never sent. Finally on July 24th we requested that we wanted our items back, we would go to their storage place in Los Angeles to retrieve. They told us they were ready to deliver, at this time I told them if they moved the items I would report them as stolen. On the 26th of July, I got a call telling me the items were leaving California and headed to Arizona, ready to cross the border, but since they just got word we did not want the items shipped they would bring it back. I requested that they do so. Guess what? We hired a truck to retrieve the items, the items had never left the storage in LA. Never to the East Coast as they had said, never at the border. We picked up the items more than two months after they first picked them up. Also of note they changed the price after they picked it up but did tell us they would give us back $500.00 for a good Yelp review. I have called them everyday for a refund since we picked the items up, never a call back. Worst customer service, this has been such a stressful experience. We had to hire another company to move the items, paid again and cannot get any response from them.
Description of Work: We hired this company for a cross country move via a moving broker.

Awful, it took 5 weeks for delivery, they tried to double my price twice. Demanded cash up front before unloading truck. Had numerous items missing and about 50 percent of what was delivered was damaged/destroyed. It has been 4 weeks since delivery, no response from company on missing items, no response from insurance claim filed and no receipt of $300 immediate refund for the situation I was promised upfront.
Description of Work: I hired them to move the contents of my house from California to NJ
