VERSA TILE

Working with Sean is GREAT! I previously made the mistake of hiring a general contractor who seemed to pick up day unskilled day laborers standing outside a home improvement store or something because the original tile installation was a disaster. I was exhausted and infuriated by the mess and waste of my time so I wanted to ensure my next hire was with a licensed (C) TILE contractor. Sean is exceptional at what he does. I was thrilled that he was well acquainted and experienced in installing anti-fracture membranes with the tile, something VERY important in SoCal with our clay soils and tremors. Additionally, I learned that Sean is constantly taking courses offered by the tile industry to expand his technique and familiarize and be trained in new products that may hit the market to improve the durability and soundness of the install. To me that shows that Sean is not lazy, like many professionals I've come across, and takes great pride in his work. He arrived ON TIME, every day, and with a proper crew and all the necessary materials and equipment. I challenged Sean to meet the height of an existing (connecting) living room floor that was done in hardwood, in addition to two exterior thresholds in a problematic room. The install was PERFECTION and exceeding my expectations since the first (general contractor) advised me that it wasn't "possible" to achieve a level floor. Hence the difference from hiring a SPECIALIST with a license specific to your needs!! I would definitely hire Sean again for future work and highly recommend him.
