Description of Work: Skylight wired the doorbell on our gate that had not worked since we moved into our home in June 2009. They also added sensors to the existing lights attached to the sides of the home. Alan also added a new doorbell chime and added a flip-switch to the attached lights on the garage wall. The sensors and doorbell involved wiring in the attic.

+ -1 moreAlan at Skyline Electric is a great electrician and a very good guy. He came recommended from a friend of ours who's hired him a couple times. Alan worked around our schedule, showed up promptly to provide an estimate and offered very fair pricing. He put a lot of effort to make sure that what he installed would be able to handle our needs as they grow while still staying within our budget. His team's work was very precise and everything was done as promised. It all looks great too. When we found out later that we needed some electrical work done for a tankless water heater, he worked around our schedule again and provide a couple smart, creative solutions to the job. I expect to keep using him for future projects and highly recommend him, especially to anyone with an old home.
Description of Work: Replaced an electrical subpanel on a 70 yr old home with original wiring, ran new wiring from main panel to subpanel, grounded outlets throughout the house (and installed a few GFIs). Came back later to help out with a tankless water heater installation.

Description of Work: Skyline ran electricity out to our garage / workshop. They installed 2 quad boxes in the garage plus a dedicated breaker. They also added an outdoor outlet and put in a missing ground clamp. All outlets they installed are GFI protected.
