+ 0 moreThis is the most unreliable company in existence! We made a deal to pay the company $150 for detailed estimate of repair for a home we were purchasing. We had a strict deadline date in our escrow agreement to submit the estimate in order to negotiate for the cost of repairs. The ROMM owner, Malli Alkobi, sent an email confirming that they could deliver the estimate by 10 a.m. the day before it was due. They never delivered. I called several times and their answering service said told they had just stepped out and would return my call shortly. Finally at the end of the day I reached Malli and she did not even apologize. She claimed she sent an email saying they could not provide the service by deadline, but I never received it and she refused to resend it. We had to pay another company more than double the original price to give us the estimate in the proper format in less than 24 hours. ROMM?s lack of professionalism nearly cost us $10,000. + -1 moreThey listened to what I wanted and they did it. They used the highest quality materials, did impeccable work and finished in six months time. I can't say enough good things about them and would recommend them to any one who want superb service.
Description of Work: I had him build a house that was 8000 sq. ft. from start to finish.
