They did a very good job. They were thorough and covered everything up while they worked. They made sure all the mold was removed and worked very carefully.

I don't get it. We called they came, inspected and then silence. I called and the girl said we would have an email today with their review and estimate. It is now 8:30 p.m. Mold is a serious matter. Don't know why this company is even on Angie's List.

Our neighbor leaked water into our kitchen damaging the ceiling and, pantry area, and over the laundry area. Mold was found. Izzy and his team dried out the area, sealed the affected area, and then repaired and painted the damaged area. He worked with us to make sure we were as inconvenienced as little as possible. The insurance paid for everything except our deductible ($1000), and he was very knowledgeable about the entire process working with the insurance company.

Not only does our unit look better now than before the flood, but Tommy saved us thousands of dollars. He genuinely cared and wanted us to love our home again, he is professional, knowledgable, courteous, effective and a talented contractor. Would recommend him in a second.

Tommy and the crew at Pure Restoration are complete professionals. Tommy made sure everything was finished, as though it was work being done on his own house. There was an estimate that was provided, both for the mold remediation, as well as the remodel. It was exactly on budget, and there was nothing that occurred in the middle of the remodel/mold clearance that wasn't expected. This guy knows what he's doing!! If you need mold clearance or just need a remodel, and want someone who will be straight forward from day one, then you need to call Tommy. Christina in the office was fantastic to work for. I would email any questions I had and got a response within a day - more often, within an hour. I wish them the best and consider them friends now. It's not often we can say that of a contractor - AFTER working with one! They really are fantastic people and deserve as much business as they can handle!!!

We experienced water damage from a leaking water heater. The damage encompassed the first floor bedroom and a part of the family room. We called Pure Restoration, based on favorable reviews on Angie's List. Tommy, the owner of the company, arrived as promised and started to survey the damage. We felt at ease with him almost immediately. Pure Restoration performed the water damage control, mold remediation, and subsequent restoration for us. The project took almost 16 weeks to complete; however, over half of that time was dealing with the insurance company. During this period, Pure Restoration was more than patient and guided us through the entire claims process. Once work did start, Nir, the project manager, was always around to supervise the work. He was pleasant and easy to work with. If there was a problem, we knew he and Tommy would work with us to make it right. For the most part, the workers arrived on time and did an excellent job. I must also mention how impressed I was with the office manager, Christina. She was very responsive when questions arose, and she kept me well-informed almost on a daily basis with any updates or scheduling changes. Overall, Pure Restoration gets high marks from us and we could not be happier with the final results.

We needed a small firewood storage removed which included demo and drywall. We receives four estimates: $450, $600, $900, and Pure Restoration's bid came in at $2500. No where near the others. The work was done for much less and was done perfectly. Additionally, we could not get them to put their estimate in writing.

Pure Restoration is very professional, great customer service and provides results. I had sever water damage in my kitchen from a leak in my dishwasher that resulted in mold. They were able to come in and remove the mold and rebuilt my kitchen beautifully. They cleaned up everything before leaving, explained thoroughly each step of the project. I highly recommend them.Demolition of kitchen cabinets, counter tops and floors. Mold removal, drywall repair, reroute plumbing, put in new electrical sockets and recessed lighting. Installation of new cabinets, counter tops, sink, and flooring. Re-installed dishwasher, refrigerator, range and microwave.

The experience was for such a large job was made easy and they were there for me every step of the way. Their tag is "Done Right the First Time" and that is exactly the service i got. Also my bathrooms are now upscale and beautifully remodeled. They not only take out the mold but they also have great flair for remodeling. All their contractors are very good at what they specialize in i.e tile, plumbing, glass doors, electrical. Only the best. I recommend this company highly!

The enire process went very smooth as I have excellent communication with the president and project manager.

I made an appointment with PR to do the initial estimate. Following the site visit, I was provided with a quote for each stage of the job promptly on the next business day. Of the three proprosals I got from 3 different mold remediation companies, only PR's actually sounded like it might work. My job was a bit out of the box because I wasn't in a position to address the source of the water leak or waterproof the normal way (from the outside of the house). Over the course of a few days, I dialoged with PR repeatedly about the details of the job until I had a contract I felt was sufficiently detailed. My biggest beef with all three mold remediation companies from whom I obtained quotes (including PR) was the vagueness of the proposals. I hired PR mainly because theirs held the greatest detail at the outset, theirs was the one I thought stood the greatest chance of working and because they were the most willing of all three companies to answer questions. They provided the most expensive quote, but to an extent it was an apples-to-oranges comparison because no two companies proposed the same work and the other quotes were more vague. I hired PR and the job unfolded over about a three week period. All the PR representatives were responsive and professional. As is typical in complex construction jobs, little things came up along the way but they were always handled well. The various PR employees and subcontractors were polite, respectful and hardworking. I felt the work was of good quality. My one gripe was that the mold inspection in the garage did not pass the first time and it cost extra money to have it inspected a second time. PR didn't hassle me about the mold inspector I chose or having to come back out to do more remediation. I won't know until the rainy season whether the waterproofing was successful, but I have high hopes based on PR's approach to the problem and the level of care I observed being taken with the work.

After the nightmare of dealing with my insurance company (Allied) and the bank they were using to release the funds to fix my house (Chase bank), I am glad Pure Restoration was there to make this restoration process as pleasant as possible. I want to thank Tommy and Neir for keeping their word in the job they said they would perform and thank you also for your professionalism, punctuality, and quality work. I would not hesitate to recommend Pure Restoration to family or friends and I will definitely be using them for any future home repair or remodeling. They started and finished this entire project exactly when they promised and my home looks even better than it was before. Thank You.

Really good! I had an insurance adjuster come out here for water damage and had a $5000 deductable with a $5000 maximum coverage for mold. The adjuster said not to make a claim for the mold because I wouldn't be able to go over the $5000 max for the entire claim so I originally claimed only the water damage. The insurance company priced the job at $8,880 and cut me a check for $3880. Tommy came out here and was able to expand the claim, submit his reconstruction estimates in a way the insurance company understood and got $71,000+ from the insurance company above and beyond the $5000 deductable. It's good to have an advocate that knows what he's doing on your side.

A few months ago, we arrived home to find water dripping from the upstairs unit above our condo. Our kitchen sink was also backed up and filled with water. We had water spots on our ceiling and in one area the ceiling had open up a crack. Pure Restoration had done previous work in our building and our neighbors highly recommended him. We called him that night and he came the next morning which was a Saturday! He checked out the situation, gave us an estimate and explained everything really clearly to us. He was completely professional and while we were a total wreck, he was calm throughout the entire process which made us feel better. He continuously provided updates on the process and he worked directly with our insurance so we didn't have to deal with that extra headache. The job was completed exactly in the time that he estimated and he didnt try to gauge us with the price. If anything, he did his best to keep our out of pocket costs down. He did a great job with the remediation and an even more spectacular job with our remodel. He is very accurate and does everything by code. There is no cutting corners here with Pure Restoration. His workers Emilio and Arturo were also very diligent and hard working. They were so professional and I actually missed having them around when the job was completed! Moreover, even when the job was completed, Tommy left the door open for me to contact him again should I come across anything that I was unsatisfied with. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend Tommy and his team. In an age where contractors take advantage and developers cut corners, it's so refreshing to work with professionals who have integrity. Should this type of thing ever happen again (and I hope it doesn't), I will definitely use them again. Also although his main thing is water damage and remediation, he can actually do SO much more! He cleaned out my laundry vents, installed new fans/lights in my bathrooms, moved around light switches and more. He's really great. Don't hesitate to call him!
