There seemed to always be hidden additional charges. Every other month something else went wrong and had to be replaced or fixed, adding additional cost. Sometimes they wouldn't show up and when we asked why they'd give us excuses that didn't make sense. Never felt like we were dealing with professionals. AFTER they were done installing the heater we were informed that we'd have to now install a vent at an additional cost. You'd expect this issue to be brought up during the budgeting phase of a job, not after the fact. All in all a poor experience, would not recommend and will not hire again.

I looked at the ratings and said " great" they cleaned the pool at first .......and it was ok. On the next few service calls my poollooks terrible and it just makes me sick that I was paying for NOTHING ...........my pool looks worse the ever and it is reallydisgusting!

Initially, they were very prompt when they came over for an estimate. I accepted the estimate and clearly stated that I would like the pool cleaned on Tues/Fri for the summer. I was also interesting in some simple repairs, etc. The worker agreed to this schedule. However, from the get go he started to point out problems with the pool, stating he would repair them for free. Great. Half of them were never done. And then stopped showing up when he said he would. He repeatedly said he would get me estimates for the repairs I requested and never did. I had to call the owner several times to find out what was going on. Even after these calls, the cleaner still did not show on the days promised. There was never ANY communication as to what was going on. He then stated that our pump was at risk of failing b/c of some cracked piece (we have been fine with how it has been working for over 2 years). He quoted me $35 to fix. Then the owner said they would do it for free. When once again he failed to show up on a Friday as scheduled I called yet again, because the pool was dirty for a planned party over the weekend and the filter was just sitting on the deck. NO explanation was given as to why. Finally, today (Sat) the pool cleaner (Felipe) and the owner (Raul) show up unannounced. I was not home and had to come home to deal with them (the second times something like this happened). They repeated try to explain the problem with pump to me like I am a complete idiot (or maybe because I am a woman... with a masters degree thank you very much). This was repeated to me at least 10 times until I started to get angry and even then they continued to repeat it. And they were now saying it would cost $115 for just the part (vs. $35 or free). When I asked Felipe if he came on the prior day (as he was scheduled) he very rudely said to me, "I was here on Wednesday, I can't keep coming back and forth trying to get this part." Well, I didn't want the part! I just wanted my pool cleaned 2x a week. That was it. And they couldn't even do that! I finally asked them to leave and never come back. And I have to say, these were only some of the problems I encountered while using them for only a few weeks. Awful, condescending, rude and can't even do the simple work you ask them to do. They talk a good game, Raul acts very polite over the phone, but the way they treated me was terrible!

Pool & Spa Clinic is absolutely excellent. I had stopped pool service with the company I had used as the pool consistently looked terrible, they never changed the timer (it ran for hours unnecessarily and my DWP bill was exorbitant) and they were always gouging me for "extra" services, which I felt certain had not been performed (like filter cleanings, spring cleanings, etc.). I have been dealing with Felipe from Pool & Spa Clinic and he is exceptional. Mind you, I have a very old pool and he keeps it looking very good. Felipe also discovered that there were problems with the filter and small parts needed to be replaced (the old pool service simply stopped it up with a small rock!). He really knows his stuff. I feel I can depend on this company to be reliable and keep an eye the pool problems (algae, water level, timer, etc.) and be fair if any repairs are necessary. I am very happy with Felipe and Pool & Spa Clinic. They are great.

It took him a long time to keep me on his schedule and get all the work taken care of. He did a good job, but it did take quite a bit of time. The only thing I was not happy with was I had to pay him upfront for some of the work I did because he did not have the funds to buy the parts. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

He was able to do this in a very timely fashion. He always shows up when he says he will. He is very reliable, comes and cleans my pool each week, and is a very nice guy to work with. He also gave me a free pool filter and only charged me for installation. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

They came to clean the pool and balance the chemical levels in the pool. They did arrive on time so far and they seem to be nice. The pool is sparkling.

This is another company that I have work with for a long time. They are at my home every single week at the same time and always provide the very best service. I like that they don't charge a whole lot for what they do for me and I would give them a great recommendation.
