He did everything right - he arrived on time - he assessed the job and told me what I could expect - he charged me a fair price for the job - and he made sure that I was completely satisfied with the result. My experience with Los Angeles Carpet Cleaning Experts and Moshe was fantastic from the first phone call. He was extremely responsive and polite on the phone. He was able to come clean our carpets, rugs and upholstery the next day. I was impressed by the pride he takes in his work, and how thorough he is. His techniques and tools are superior to those of other cleaners I've hired in the past. He took the time to explain to me how his process is different, and he was able to remove old water and pet stains that had been left behind by other cleaners. Another thing that really sets him apart is that he has several high-tech fans which do a remarkable job at drying, so that by the time he was finished with his work, the upholstery and carpets were barely damp. He went above and beyond in level of service provided, and I appreciated him explaining what he had done step by step. I completely trusted having him in my home, and enjoyed just talking to him. I would absolutely hire him again in the future and recommended him to any of my friends and family. He is a gem!

Extremely well indeed. Could not believe my luck getting such a professional, charming and honest young man in Moishe Azarian. We have a dog, therefore, as you can imagine, pet stains dirty feet from outside etc., etc. Thought I would have to replace the carpet as two companies had come, and gone, without making much of a difference. Moishe on the other hand was excellent - and I mean excellent. Up to date equipment, in-depth cleaning, and partially drying. Carpet looks like new - seriously - I kid you not. I highly recommend this young man.

cannot begin to describe the level of SERVICE and Also the level of CLEAN my carpet was on after Moshe did his magic on my carpet. My carpet has not been cleaned in several years. It was stained, funky with dog poop and dog urine order, it has gum and other things of that nature that had accumulated over several years. Moshe was like a savior who came to save and restore my 900 square feet of funky carpeting . This was the best carpet cleaning I've ever experienced in my 46 years here on earth. Moshe started with a powerful vacuum to clean the floor,so it would be a perfectly vacuum canvas before he administered the most amazing smelling pretreatment s olution onto the carpet through tf the home. I mean this solution smelll amazingly clean. Then he began to clean. As nd boy did he clean these carpets and got them back in your pristine condition. I mean, it was like receiving new carpet. Even the natural color came back. He clean the carpet so well. He took his time, and didn't miss one square foot. I have neve seen work so good. Like he can literally transform a dirty carpet into what looks like brand new carpet throughout. . Moshe works miracles. . I definitely suggest that you guys try this brother out. His proffesionalism s outstanding. If you want your carpet really cleaned in pristine condition......call Moshe You want be disappointed. I know i wasn't. Moshe is EXCELLENT and we highly, highly recommend him. He is professional, prompt and really knows his stuff! He is very passionate about his business, and we were happy for the opportunity to support a single business owner instead of a big corporation! He was on time for our meeting for an estimate (and had texted earlier to confirm, which we appreciate) and he spent a good amount of time assessing our situation and giving us options of how to proceed. We opted for the steam cleaning - and he uses all green cleaning products that are odorless, which we really appreciated later that day as it was drying! He has a deep cleaning/"restoration" option that sounds great, but we're waiting on that one until our new puppy is housebroken. ;) Moshe did a very thorough job, including a good amount of time in closets that had clearly been skipped by the previous cleaner. He sprayed every room first with Green Solutions to loosen up the dirt and spots/stains, and they all came out! The buckets of water he lifted from the carpets were SO dirty, you would never guess the carpets had been cleaned recently. (Incidentally he said he is often called out to do a second cleaning after the big companies "clean" because they do a poor job, leave residue behind, etc. - we believe it). Our carpets are ~10 years old, yet he left them looking like new, and we are very happy customers! Moshe is not the cheapest option out there, but it's true that you get what you pay for. In this case you get a knowledgeable, thorough practitioner that will do the job once without all the harsh chemicals - and do it right!

I am absolutely in complete shock to what Moshe owner and operator of Los Angeles Carpet Cleaning Experts did for me today. I called him last minute thinking is going to take like 1 week to book an appointment with him...but NO, he and I were able to book the appointment today and when he came here and mentioned what he can do on my over 15 years old that's needed some major TLC because for over the years it's been never been deep cleaned and never been restored before and he also mentioned he'll bring my carpets and persian handmade rugs back to NEW...I said NO WAY but if anybody can do it based on the reviews I read, "I know you can!!" So I went with my gut feeling that felt comfortable with Moshe gave him a try and after 4 hours of pure hard and amazing work my OILED UP, GREASED, spots and stains everywhere from dog accident to years of tough tough grease, Moshe took him time with several tools and methods he mentioned it's his own methods completely took everything off and to my amazement and to my shock which I am still in shock, I am proud and happy to say, "I HAVE A BRAND NEW CARPET!!" I am glad I went with my gut and with all the amazing reviews because now I saw for myself HE REALLY IS A MIRACLE WORKER and that shows once he starts to clean everything and is the most thorough that I've ever met almost like he thinks as mentioned he goes above and beyond and tries his very best to provide his customers like myself with spotless carpet! One more thing that I couldn't believe my eyes were, "my carpets were fully dry in less 6 hours time" Now that was beyond impressive to me and end results with very refreshed odor and all odor from pet accidents completely gone!! I give Moshe a TWO THUMBS UP!! Moshe was great on so many levels. First he cleaned my carpets on a week night – starting at 7 PM – I appreciate that he worked around my schedule. He was reasonable with his quote, explained what he was going to do, and gave me options. I chose the basic option as I had so-so experiences with other “big name” carpet cleaners and didn’t expect too much out of this cleaning. As he started working on my stairs he realized they needed more than a basic cleaning and told me was going to treat them with additional steps without charging me more simply because they needed it. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product – these carpets have never looked this good and he expects them to last me a few more years (I was convinced they needed to be replaced ASAP). He was meticulous and clearly enjoys what he does – I will be having him back soon to clean my upholstery.

Moshe's level of service went above and beyond what I expected. He came to my house (a 25 mile drive) and spent an hour looking at the rug and providing me with a complete description of what could and could not be accomplished. When the work was done just a few short days later he dropped the rug off at my office and it was clear that he had gone beyond what he had promised. Moshe is a true professional both in his skill with rugs and his customer care. I will definitely use him again.

Moshe did a wonderful job bringing restoration to my family's carpet. It was a 4yrs old carpet that looked so worn down that people thought it was 10yrs old. Impressive. Moshe is a person of incredible professionalism and remarkable skills. Was quoted a price for a job estimated to take 4 to 6 hours. It wasn't until hour 8.5 that Moshe judged the job "done" and never asked for a cent beyond the original price quoted. I had been expecting that I'd have to replace the carpeting that he treated. I chose to clean them before discarding them. I was fortunate to have found this company. Rugs restored, wallet spared. Highly recommended.

My story: I am a real estate agent and property manager. I use carpet cleaners all of the time and I have become very frustrated with these carpet cleaners who say they will do a steam cleaning, and really just rinse your carpet not getting any of the stains up, and they charge like their work is worth paying for. I had a particularly bad experience this last week. I called a large local carpet cleaner company who sent out a cleaner. This cleaner put no effort into the cleaning, rinsing the carpet with a wand and sucking it back up. I usually don’t follow carpet cleaners around but this was my daughter’s residence and I have had such flaky jobs done lately, I decided to follow this man to make sure the carpet was cleaned properly. After the first room I asked if he could go over it again – as none of the stains had been removed. When I asked if he could focus on the stains and maybe try a little harder, he said, “We don’t scrub!” then he upped the price $100, and I asked him to stop and leave. Because I had spent all morning moving furniture I wanted it cleaned properly that day! That’s when I called The Carpet Cleaning Experts, owned by Moshe. Moshe came out that day, had totally different equipment (not just a wand) and a work ethic that was inspiring! First of all he bid the job by site – noting that there were two pet stains that would require special deodorization via injections into the padding of the carpet and deodorizing shampoo. I thought to myself, here we go, an outrageous charge will be next, but no! he had included that in his bid. The chemicals he used were all environmentally safe and pet safe! No harsh smells to deal with. He cleaned the carpet like it was his own, and virtually got all the stains out –including the cat urine stains and smell, and what kind of blew my mind was the carpet looked almost new again! When I saw the amount of dirt and urine smell that his high quality shampooer pulled out, I was astonished and impressed. Yes, I can highly recommend Moshe’s company, because he is owner/operator, and therefore takes pride in his work! I will never use another carpet cleaner again! Thank you Moshe!

Results were surprising amazing results it was hard to believe what he had done with my carpet it was extremely clean and odorless I would recommend his job 100% if anybody can make your carpet look amazing again it moshe ! Highly, highly recommend. I wouldn't consider others ever again, I'll just call Moshe at LA Carpet Cleaning Experts. As we undertook a deep cleaning for our house, we were faced with room after room of old, dirty, and severely stained white carpet. It was so bad, we didn't think it could be cleaned but we didn't want to incur the cost of removing and replacing it. In previous years, my experience with "chain" type steam cleaners and dry chemical cleaners with the same carpets had been poor. Those guys would make one pass with their steam cleaning machine and, while still wet, the carpets would look okay but as they dried the dirt and stains were still noticeable and the carpet seemed "sticky" and tended to attract dirt again quickly. Then we read the reviews for LA Carpet Cleaning Experts. Others who'd had similar experiences with franchise cleaners raved about Moshe and his ability to work miracles on the dirtiest carpet. Moshe responded right away -- I think it was a weekend, in fact. Your first impression may be that he's a little "pushy" in boasting about his 30 years in the business and ability to clean in ways that others can't. But after he does the work, you'll see that the boasting is totally justified. He is just as passionate as he says about cleaning carpets. He had a variety of solutions and cleaning tools that I've never seen others bring and he worked like crazy on each and every stain and each and every room until the carpet looked essentially new. He accommodated our schedule and came right on time. His e-mail communication with us before the scheduled date was excellent. When he got to the house, he gave an estimate, bent over backwards to work within our budget and got to work. He did all the work himself for almost 7 straight hours. The results were just as amazing as the reviews suggested and as Moshe promised. He boasted about how well he had done on a difficult job but don't be put off by that part of his personality. It's really just passion for wanting to do the job better than anyone else and he absolutely delivers. He takes an "old world craftsman" approach to carpet cleaning and has every right to boast. He has kept in touch by e-mail to make sure we remain satisfied with the work and we definitely are. Moshe certainly brings a lot more personality to carpet cleaning than you might expect, but you gotta love someone who dedicates his whole being to his work. I'd call him again in a second next time I have carpet or upholstery cleaning to do.
