Moshe was amazing. I did my homework and research trying to find a good carpet and upholstery cleaning service. I had inherited a 5 year old couch that looked like it was 15 years old. Dirty and dingy, I didn't think it could be saved. We also had some carpeted stairs that needed some attention, so we contacted Moshe for a quote. His price was fair and we offered more service than your regular steam cleaning service. He offered restoration, which I wasn't sure we needed...but after seeing what he did with our carpet, rug and upholstery, I would recommend it to everyone! He was so flexible with our schedule, rather than taking a day off for him to take care of us, he came over around 5:30 and finished the job at 10pm. He wasn't in a hurry, and really took the time to take care of things. He wanted to make sure he was able to remove all the dirt, stains and unsightly marks. The results were amazing!! Great customer service and prices. Moshe the owner and the people in office are very accomodating very friendly. We have really thick carpet and an indoor dog, and they do very thorough job at deep cleaning our carpets.

Not only was Moshe willing to answer my many questions and always called me back in a timely manner, he was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, clean and obviously very experienced as he had all of his supplies there and ready in working order and no job seemed too difficult.
